# Review drivers

Give drivers a star score per category, such as punctuality or customer contact, and follow their reviews over time.

**Who can do this:** Access to drivers. Review categories must be set up for your platform.

Driver reviews help you give structured feedback. Each review has a category, a score of up to five stars and a comment. The categories are your platform's own, for example "Punctuality", "Vehicle care" or "Customer contact".

## Before you start

Review categories are set up for your platform as a list of its own; they cannot be created on the **Types** tab. If the **Category** list shows **No review categories found**, ask your administrator or Transportial support to add them. Without a category you cannot save a review.

## Write a review

1. Open the side menu (☰) and choose **Drivers**.
2. Right-click the driver and choose **Create driver review**, or open the driver, choose the **Driver reviews** tab and click **Create driver review**.
3. Check that the right driver is selected under **Chauffeur**.
4. Choose a **Category**.
5. Click the stars to set the **Score**. You can give half stars.
6. Add a **Comment**.
7. Click **Save**.

## Read the reviews of a driver

1. Open the driver.
2. Choose the **Driver reviews** tab.
3. Check the **Category**, **Score**, **Reviewer** and date of each review. Add the **Comment** column if you want to see it in the list.

## Edit or remove a review

On the **Driver reviews** tab, click **Edit** on a review to change it, or **Remove** and confirm to delete it.

Use reviews together with the [driving style](/en-us/help/driving-times-and-driving-style) data to make coaching conversations concrete.
