# Download a transport order PDF

Download a PDF of a transport order in the language of your choice, with or without the quote lines.

The transport order PDF is a printable overview of the order, for example to confirm it to the customer or to hand it to a subcontractor. It is built from the order as it is now.

## Download the PDF

1. Open the transport order.
2. Click the PDF icon (tooltip **Download PDF**) at the top right.
3. Choose the language in **Select a language**. Your own language is preselected.
4. Click **Download PDF**.

From the transport orders list, right-click an order and choose **Download PDF** to download it in your own language without opening the order.

## What the PDF contains

* Your company logo, the **Order reference**, the creation date, the **Order reference description**, the **Order description** and the **Delivery conditions**.
* The **Sender**, the **Customer** and the **Carrier**, each with their Chamber of Commerce and VAT number when known.
* Each shipment with its number, type, description and remarks, its actions (location, time window, reference and remarks), its goods and its means of transport.
* The notes of the order.
* The transport order terms of the administration, if they are filled in for the selected language.
* Optionally a **Pricing** section with the quote lines.

Whether the quote lines are printed depends on the planning setting **Include quote lines in transport order PDF** in your platform's settings. The transport order terms are entered per language on the administration. See [Administrations](/en-us/help/administrations).
