# Record bans and service cards

Note which customers do not want a driver on site, and store the access and service cards a driver carries.

Updated 4 October 2026

**Who can do this:** Access to drivers in your role.

Two driver tabs help you keep practical information in one place: **Bans** for customers or sites where a driver may not come, and **Service Cards** for cards such as site passes, fuel cards or port access cards.

## Record a ban

1. Open the side menu (☰), choose **Drivers** and open the driver.
2. Choose the **Bans** tab.
3. Click **Create Ban**. The driver is already filled in.
4. Enter a **Name**, for example "Not welcome at DC Venlo".
5. Select the **Business** the ban applies to.
6. Explain the reason and any conditions under **Description**, and add notes if needed.
7. Click **Save**.

A ban is a record for planners to check. Look at the **Bans** tab before you assign a driver to a customer they may be banned from.

## Add a service card

1. Open the driver and choose the **Service Cards** tab.
2. Click **Create Service Card**.
3. Enter a **Name** (required) and a **Type**, for example "Port pass".
4. Add a **Description**.
5. Enter the **Issued At** and **Valid Until** dates.
6. Upload a scan of the card under **Documents**.
7. Click **Save**.

## Keep the lists up to date

* The **Service Cards** tab shows each card's **Name**, **Type**, **Issued At** and **Valid Until**, so you can spot cards that are about to expire.
* Click a ban or card to see its details and files.
* Click **Edit** to change it, or **Remove** and confirm to delete it.
