# Follow the in-app tutorials

Take the welcome tour, start guided tours of the dashboard, plan board, planner and watchtower, and learn to create orders, trips, fleets and prices.

Transportial has guided tours that highlight parts of the screen one at a time and explain what they do. They are a quick way to learn the main screens, for new users and for colleagues who want a refresher.

## The welcome tour

When the tour is on for your account, the dashboard greets you with **Welcome to Transportial**.

* Click **Let's Start** and then **Start Tour** to walk through the header search, the map and the top menu.
* Click **Maybe Later** to close it. The welcome tour then no longer opens by itself; you can still start any tour from the menu below.

## Start a tutorial

1. Open the side menu (☰, top right).
2. Click **Learn Key Product Features**.
3. Choose a tutorial from the list. Transportial opens the right screen and starts the tour.
4. Read the text in the highlighted box.
5. Click **Next** to continue, or **Next Tutorial** at the end of a tour to go on to the next one.
6. Click **Exit** at any moment to stop.

## Available tutorials

| **Dashboard**        | **Quick walk-through** | The header search, the map search, the top menu and the dashboard statistics.                                                       |
| **Dashboard**        | **Plan board**         | Switching the board, searching, filtering, sorting, customising and exporting. Shown when your platform has the trip plan board.    |
| **Dashboard**        | **Planner**            | The calendar, the week and day switch, the resource search panel and drag and drop.                                                 |
| **Dashboard**        | **Watchtower**         | Searching and following consignment and trip statuses.                                                                              |
| **Product Features** | **New Order**          | Creating your first transport order from the side menu.                                                                             |
| **Product Features** | **New Trip**           | Creating a trip, adding consignments and choosing a vehicle.                                                                        |
| **Product Features** | **Fleet Management**   | Creating a fleet and adding vehicles to it.                                                                                         |
| **Product Features** | **Pricing Engine**     | Setting up a price with a pricing module. Shown when your platform has the financial features and your role level is 300 or higher. |

The tours follow the standard screens. If your administrator has customised your platform, some highlighted elements may look different or be missing.
