# Notifications in OpenMove

See the notifications Transportial sends you in the OpenMove Notifications tab, and learn which updates appear live in the app.

Transportial sends you notifications about your work, for example when a trip is offered to you. You find them in the **Notifications** tab, the bell icon at the left of the bar at the bottom of the screen.

## Read your notifications

1. Tap the bell icon at the bottom of the screen.
2. Read the list. Each notification shows a title, a short text and the date.
3. Pull the list down to refresh it.
4. Scroll down to load older notifications.

If the tab shows **No notifications found**, you have no notifications yet.

## Live updates while the app is open

While OpenMove is open and connected, it updates itself without a refresh:

* New trips your planner assigns to you appear in the **Trips** tab.
* Changes to a trip, such as new or moved stops, appear on the open trip.
* New trip offers appear under **New trip offers**, and disappear when they are taken or expire.
* New chat messages appear in the **Chats** tab.

Keep OpenMove open during your shift and check the **Trips** and **Chats** tabs regularly, so you do not miss a change or an offer.

Which notifications you receive depends on your company's settings. Ask your planner if you expect a notification that does not arrive.

## If the app does not update

1. Check that your phone has mobile data or Wi-Fi.
2. Pull down the list on the **Trips** or **Notifications** tab to refresh it.
3. Close OpenMove completely and open it again to reconnect.
4. If trips are still missing, ask your planner to check that they are assigned to you.
