# Transport orders and quotes in OpenMove

As an administrator, view transport orders in OpenMove and create, send, accept or decline their quotes on the go.

**Who can do this:** Users with the administrator role only.

For owner-drivers and administrators who are on the road, OpenMove has a **Transport orders** tab. It lists your platform's transport orders and lets you price them with a quote without opening the web app. Drivers without the administrator role do not see this tab.

## Find an order

1. Tap the orders icon in the bar at the bottom of the screen.
2. Scroll through the list. Each order shows its number, name, customer, creation date, status and quote total (or **Quote pending**).
3. Tap an order to open it.

## Create or update a quote

1. Open the order. Under the order summary you see **Create quote**, or **Quote** with its status if one exists.
2. Enter a **Name** and **Description** for the quote.
3. Under **Turnover**, tap **Add** and fill in the line: **Description**, **Quantity**, **Price**, **VAT** and **Category**.
4. Under **Costs**, add cost lines the same way and choose the **Company** that charges you.
5. Check the **Subtotal**, **Cost total** and **Net profit** at the bottom.
6. Tap **Create quote** or **Update quote** to save. You see **Quote saved**.

A quote needs at least one turnover line. Without one you see **Add at least one turnover line**.

## Send, accept or decline

* A saved quote that has not been sent yet shows **Send quote**. Tap it to send the quote to the customer.
* A sent (open) quote shows **Accept quote** and **Decline quote**. Use these to record the customer's answer.
