Every event in Transportial (every order, trip, vehicle movement, invoice, and user action) is recorded and queryable. The TQL-powered insights engine puts that data at your fingertips through configurable dashboards, without needing a data analyst or a separate BI tool.

## Key highlights

* **TQL (Transportial Query Language):** Query any entity using TQL, a SQL-like language with joins, filters, aggregations, and sorting. No SQL expertise required.
* **Configurable Insight widgets:** Build dashboard tiles that show exactly the KPIs that matter: orders delivered today, revenue this month, fleet utilisation, average transit time, and more.
* **Resizable dashboard tiles:** Arrange and resize widgets on your dashboard. Different users can have different dashboard configurations.
* **KPI home dashboard:** The default home dashboard shows the most important operational KPIs at a glance: order counts by status, revenue vs. cost, fleet activity, and critical alerts.
* **Excel export:** Any TQL query result can be exported to Excel for further analysis, sharing, or import into external tools.
* **Full audit trail:** Every change to every entity (who changed it, what the previous value was, and when) is stored in an immutable audit log.

Technical details

TQL queries are compiled to PostgreSQL queries server-side. For production scale, Elasticsearch is used for full-text search and log aggregation. The audit trail writes to an append-only table.
