### Version history: see who changed what and when  
Transport orders, trips, businesses, locations and transport equipment now have a Versions view listing every change with the date, time and the user who made it. This makes it easy to trace back edits and settle discussions.
* NewFinance  
### Multimodal route options when generating quotes  
When you generate quote lines from a transport order, Transportial now builds route options by road, sea, air and rail. It uses the nearest ports, airports and rail hubs and takes each business's preferred modes into account, then groups the lines per option.

### Alerts for double-booked vehicles, equipment and drivers  
Trips now raise an alert when a vehicle, trailer or driver is booked on another trip in the same time window. New alert settings on the platform let you choose which checks run.

* NewFleet  
### Dispatch trips to Webfleet  
Trips can now be sent to Webfleet as orders for the driver's on-board computer, and cancelled there when the trip is cancelled. Status updates and vehicle positions from Webfleet come back into Transportial.

### Exchange files with integrations over FTP  
Partners can now upload files over FTP, and each upload is picked up by the matching integration. Outgoing files are placed ready for download and removed once they have been collected.

### Cancel individual consignments  
You can now cancel a single consignment without cancelling the whole transport order, for example when one load of a multi-load order falls through.

* ImprovedTransport orders  
### Automatic load meters and consignment totals  
Load meters are now calculated automatically from the goods' dimensions. Consignments show totals for colli, number of load carriers, weight (kg) and volume (CBM), with consistent rounding.

### Booking details on orders and trips  
A new booking action records the booking type, booking number, bill of lading number and external reference. The details also show on trips, which is useful for sea, rail and air legs.

### Faster loading across the app  
Smarter caching of sessions and platform settings, plus more data loaded only when needed, make lists and detail pages noticeably quicker.

New users are now added to the default settings group automatically, so they start with the same set-up as their colleagues. Teams are also recorded on consignments.
