Digital consignment notes signed in the web app and OpenMove, Peppol e-invoices, dock timeslots you and your customers can book, fleet maintenance with work orders, and a demand forecast.

Electronic consignment notes (eCMR) — Issue an eCMR per consignment and let the sender, carrier and consignee sign it digitally in the web app, in OpenMove or through a secure share link. Every amendment and reservation is recorded in a tamper-evident history and the sealed PDF can be exported; a TransFollow connector is available for those who exchange eCMRs there.

Peppol e-invoicing and UBL invoices — Register an administration on the Peppol network, send invoices as validated UBL e-invoices and receive supplier e-invoices straight into Transportial. Every invoice can also be downloaded as a UBL file.

Two-way dock timeslot booking — Define docks and timeslots per location, let carriers book them through a public link, and book slots at your customers' docks from the trip. Requests, proposals and confirmations flow both ways, and the booked window can be applied to the stop automatically.

Maintenance plans, work orders and a pre-trip check — Plan maintenance by date, kilometers or engine hours, get alerts when it is due, and track the work in work orders that can block the vehicle in planning. Drivers can be asked to complete a start check in OpenMove before a trip starts, with failed checks visible to planners.

Demand forecast on the management dashboard — See expected demand for the coming weeks per modality, customer and lane, in consignments, weight, loading meters, volume or TEU, with an 80% likely range. The forecast is compared with your own assets and capacity contracts to flag periods where you may run short.

Cross-dock hubs and SSCC goods labels — Route consignments via a cross-dock hub with a minimum transfer time, and follow what is inbound, at the hub and departed, including connections that are too tight. Goods can be labeled with SSCC barcodes based on your GS1 company prefix.

A fuller email client with labels, rules and signatures — Connect Google or Microsoft mailboxes by signing in, write drafts, use rich signatures and share mailboxes with colleagues. Labels, priority rules and saved views help you sort mail, and an email can be turned into a transport order.

Quote options, revisions and a recorded acceptance — Customers can accept or decline individual quote options, and quotes can be revised. Each acceptance is stored with the accepted terms and content so you have clear evidence of what was agreed, and you can make customer acceptance a requirement.

Incoming invoices: approvals, quote matching and credit notes — Incoming invoices are matched to the supplier's quote, duplicates are caught, and each approver sees what is waiting for them before an invoice can be booked as payable. Credit notes can now correct an existing invoice, and carriers can deliver invoices directly to a dedicated Transportial invoice address.

Connect AI assistants and a reworked App Store — Connect AI assistants to your Transportial data with a secure sign-in and consent screen. The App Store and developer portal were rebuilt: developers get their own sandbox, signed webhooks and app screens that appear inside Transportial.

Activity timeline with field-level changes — Transport orders, consignments, trips, quotes and invoices show who changed which field and when, including changes made by integrations, the API or the system. This makes it easy to trace why a time window, vehicle or price changed.

Edit trips directly from the planner — Right-click a trip on the planner to add stops, consignments or bookings, change or remove the vehicle and remove stops. Hovering a trip now shows a preview card with an optional route map, and stops at bookings respect a latest arrival time.

Redesigned trip list and bookings in OpenMove — The OpenMove trip list is grouped by date with filter chips for active, upcoming, past and cancelled trips, and loads faster. Drivers see booking stops, can scan goods, and location updates keep syncing in the background.

Faster setup and your own portal address — The setup wizard was rebuilt around your company profile, applying settings and message automations in one go. New companies choose their own portal address at sign-up, can resend their verification e-mail, and the customer portal now works well on phones.

September 2026: Map planning, a rebuilt Marketplace and first-to-accept dispatch

Plan on a full-screen map with lasso and optimizer, search freight exchanges live and find return loads, offer trips to nearby drivers, build your own dashboards and get ready for North America.

Map planning with lasso selection and the optimizer — A new full-screen map planning view shows orders to plan, free vehicles and existing trips together. Select orders by clicking or with a lasso, build a draft trip on a vehicle, or let the optimizer propose trips across several vehicles at once.

Offer a trip to nearby drivers: first to accept gets it — Planners can offer an unassigned trip to drivers within a set radius. Drivers accept or decline in OpenMove, the first to accept is assigned (optionally with their preferred vehicle), and open offers can be withdrawn at any time. OpenMove also got a redesigned route and stops view.

Rebuilt Marketplace with live freight exchange search — Search connected freight exchanges live by lane, radius, weight and equipment, and import an offer as a transport order in one click. Accepting a bid can now plan the work straight away, and loads can be posted to DAT and Truckstop load boards.

Return load suggestions for every trip — For a trip heading out, Transportial checks the freight exchanges for loads that bring the vehicle back, ranked by empty kilometers to the pickup and detour compared with driving back empty.

Build your own dashboards — Compose personal dashboards from a catalogue of widgets on a drag-and-drop grid, give each widget its own settings, and duplicate a dashboard to start from an existing layout.

Workflow template catalog and more powerful workflow steps — Start a workflow from a catalog of ready-made templates. Workflows can now wait until a date, skip duplicate runs, create or reload records, and send messages through a message automation, a channel or a reply in the same chat.

SMS and WhatsApp messaging through your own provider — Connect Twilio, Bird, Vonage or WhatsApp (Meta) to send and receive SMS and WhatsApp messages in Transportial chats, with webhook signature checks for incoming messages.

New visual e-mail builder — E-mail templates for message automations are now designed in a new built-in editor with rows, columns, content blocks, presets and data variables, with a live preview.

Region settings for North America and other markets — Set units, date and number formats and time zones per platform, with US formatting throughout the web app and OpenMove. Addresses now support states and a second address line, and locations can carry their own time zone.

Live activity on plan board rows without a trip — Vehicles, drivers and equipment without a trip in execution now show what they are doing (driving, idling, parked, working, resting or offline), derived from telematics and tachograph data.

AI model choice and AI re-ranking of recommendations — Pick the AI model your platform uses per provider. Planning recommendations can optionally be re-ranked by AI using consignment remarks and instructions, flagging candidates that may conflict with them.

Faster tables with saved views and remembered filters — Lists got resizable and filterable columns, saved views, select-all across every matching row and a load-all option. Filters can be remembered per view or per entity, and board and list loading is much faster.

Clearer billing notices and updated terms acceptance — Platforms see a clear notice when a trial ends or a payment method is needed. When the terms and conditions change, administrators are asked to review and accept the new version for their company.

More reliable trip progress, delivery dates and order completion — Trips can now progress automatically on geofences (including polygons), the optimizer keeps delivery dates while respecting opening hours, and a transport order is no longer completed while some of its consignments are still open.

August 2026: Transportial Desktop, automatic exceptions and smarter ETAs

A desktop app for Windows, macOS and Linux, automatic planning exceptions, ETAs that respect driver hours, route alternatives, grouped stop handling, read receipts in chat and AI-generated document templates.

Transportial Desktop for Windows, macOS and Linux — Run Transportial as a desktop app with pop-out windows, desktop notifications with an unread badge, automatic updates and an environment switcher. A Perspective menu switches between your settings groups.

Automatic planning exceptions — Transportial now detects trips that have not started, overdue stops, time windows at risk, missing vehicles or drivers, lost vehicle signals and unplanned consignments. Exceptions come with suggested actions and close automatically once they no longer apply.

ETAs that account for driver hours and real handling times — ETAs can include mandatory breaks and rests under EU 561/2006, optionally seeded from the live tachograph, use historical handling times per location and blend in live vehicle speed. Required rests can be added to the route as visible actions.

Route alternatives, cost modes and PTV OptiFlow — Compare fastest, eco and cheapest route options, or compare routing engines side by side. Choose what route costs include (toll, fuel, time and emissions), when routes are recalculated, and plan with the PTV OptiFlow optimizer.

Configurable trip cancellation — Decide what canceling a trip does to consignments it left part-way: return unexecuted actions to the planning pool, record where the goods are, flag the consignment for replanning and notify the order's team.

Timeslot booking and standalone actions — Book a loading dock timeslot directly from an action and see current bookings. Plan standalone actions, such as attaching a driver or equipment, for several vehicles or drivers at once, and edit or reschedule planned actions.

Complete grouped actions at one stop together — Actions at the same location are grouped, and planners decide whether drivers handle them one by one, pick which to handle together, or complete them all at once, in both the web app and OpenMove.

Read receipts, unread markers and an all-messages view — Chats now show when a message was delivered or read by the driver, mark where unread messages start and count unread messages reliably. A new view lists all messages across chats, and avatars appear throughout the app.

Generate document templates with AI — Upload a photo or PDF of an existing document, describe what you need, and AI recreates it as an editable template bound to your data. A new template catalog lets you start from ready-made documents.

Seven new Insights reports — New reports cover lane analysis, open invoice aging, quote conversion, revenue per customer, trips per driver, vehicle utilization and tachograph activities.

Privacy controls for the customer portal — Choose which addresses customers can look up in the portal order form and anonymize other customers' data on shared trips. Each customer now keeps an address book separate from your own locations.

New connectors for trucks, tachographs and accounting — Connect trucks through rFMS (DAF, Daimler, Iveco, MAN, Renault, Scania and Volvo) and FleetAccess, import tachograph files with download deadline tracking, and sync invoices with SnelStart and e-Boekhouden.

Integration tracing, failure alerts and a hosted FTP server — Follow every integration run from object to task to request in a trace view, get notified or e-mailed when an integration fails or stalls, and schedule runs with cron expressions. Partners can upload to an FTP or FTPS server hosted by Transportial.

Custom alert rules and built-in trip checks — Create your own alert rules, including triggers on sensor updates and questionnaire conflicts, switch built-in trip checks on or off, and see alerts update live on trips, vehicles and drivers.

July 2026: Fleet FMS view, a new route planner and driver performance

Monitor sensors, geofences and tachograph times in the new Fleet FMS view, compare routes with cost and CO2, score driving style, plan from right-click menus and route barge and rail.

Fleet FMS view with live sensors, geofences and fleet alerts — A new Fleet FMS dashboard shows live fuel, speed and sensor readings, sensor charts and vehicle comparisons, tachograph drive times and fleet utilization. Set geofences on locations, get alerts on fuel drops, stale sensors and geofence events, and add your own map layers.

Driving-style scores and driver reviews — Score driving style per vehicle and driver on harsh braking, harsh acceleration and over-speeding, with a fleet leaderboard. Record driver reviews with a category, score and comment.

Route planner with route comparison, cost and CO2 — Compare fastest, cheapest, toll and toll-free routes side by side, see a cost and toll breakdown and well-to-wheel CO2, configure axles and dangerous goods, start from an existing vehicle and export the result to PDF.

Barge and rail routing plus emission reports — Route inland waterway transport with live water levels and rail transport with its own constraints, alongside road, sea and air. Trips get emission reports, and vehicles can carry a CO2 emission class.

Right-click menus, bulk attach and scheduled assignments — Right-click rows to open, plan, print a CMR or reach other actions. Attach several vehicles at once, schedule driver or equipment changes for later, get warned or blocked when a driver is unavailable, and swap vehicles in a fleet with full history.

Order templates and bulk time-window shifts — Save a transport order as a template and create new orders from it. Bulk edit can now move the time windows of many orders earlier or later in one go.

Contracts with numbers, validity and identifiers — Contracts now have contract numbers, validity periods and external identifiers, and can be linked to transport orders. The contract form and list were redesigned.

Automatic team assignment and team-only invoices — Teams can receive new transport orders automatically based on rules. Invoices and quotes carry a team, and you can limit users to seeing their own team's invoices.

Separate status messages from conversations in chat — Automatic status updates from on-board computers are marked as status messages that you can hide and exclude from unread counts. Chats can be marked as unread, and read status can be shared across users for consignment, vehicle and driver chats.

New sign-up with terms acceptance and payment setup — Signing up is simpler: new platforms accept the terms and conditions on activation and can add a payment method straight away or later. The sign-in and registration pages were refreshed.

AI field mapping, integration test assertions and new connectors — Let AI generate data source field mappings, map values with rules, and validate integration tests with assertions that notify you on failure. New connectors include Salesforce, Squarell and TRAVIS truck parking bookings.

Better invoices and quotes, now also in the customer portal — Invoice and quote views and PDFs show sender, bill-to and both references, pricing elements are easier to manage and assigned costs can be locked. Customers can view their invoices and quotes in the portal, and trips and orders can be downloaded as PDF.

Much faster lists, boards and maps — Trip, consignment and order lists load lean rows, vehicle positions are fetched far faster, maps render more quickly and long lists are virtualized, so large fleets stay responsive.

Transport orders and quotes in OpenMove — Users with the right access can view transport orders in OpenMove, and create, send or decline quotes with tax rates and pricing categories, also when offline from the cached list.

June 2026: Compliance overview, AI data assistant and bulk order editing

A compliance overview, pallet balances, fuel transactions and damages for your fleet; an AI assistant that answers questions about your data; bulk editing of transport orders; and a rebuilt setup wizard.

Compliance overview with posting and customs declarations — A new compliance overview shows pending posting declarations, open customs declarations, flagged fuel transactions and open compliance alerts in one place. Cabotage checks and early warnings for expiring certificates help you stay ahead of inspections.

Pallet balances per counterparty — Record pallet movements and see the net pallet balance per counterparty and pallet type, so you know at a glance who owes pallets to whom.

Fuel and energy transactions with automatic flagging — Fuel and charging transactions are listed per vehicle with fuel type, quantity, amount and provider. Transactions where the fueled quantity exceeds the vehicle's tank capacity are flagged for review.

Damage register for vehicles and equipment — Create, update and review damages and link them to a vehicle, transport equipment, consignment or business. Damages now also appear on the vehicle and equipment detail pages.

Fill in vehicle details from the national registry — Enter a license plate and fetch the vehicle's details from a connected national vehicle registry, so you no longer have to type them in by hand.

AI assistant that answers questions about your data — Ask a question in plain language about your trips, orders, invoices or vehicles and the assistant queries your data and answers with a summary and the underlying rows.

Address validation with Google Maps — When enabled, addresses are checked against Google Maps while you enter a location, and you see right away whether the address was found, partially matched or not found.

Bulk edit transport orders — Select many transport orders and change their status, customer, executing business, team or administration in one go, or shift their action time windows by an offset. A summary shows how many orders were updated.

Rebuilt setup wizard for every transport mode — The setup wizard now offers presets for road, sea, rail, air and inland waterway, adds a vehicle-registry step, and imports your existing data from CSV or Excel with AI-suggested column mapping. It is available in multiple languages.

Redesigned transport order PDF and all documents in one place — The transport order PDF has a new layout that also lists transport equipment. Orders, consignments and trips now show all related documents together.

Plan boards and date fields respect your time zone settings — The vehicle, driver and equipment plan boards, date inputs and lists now consistently follow your time zone settings, so planned times line up wherever your team works.

Refreshed icons, tooltips and error pages — A refreshed icon set, tooltips on action buttons, and clearer pages for empty lists and errors make the interface easier to find your way around.

More accurate time-based price calculations — Time-based price modules now use the trip's estimated end date, and vehicle, equipment and driver price modules are applied correctly, so trip prices match your price configuration.

Emails stay in the right conversation — Incoming emails from connected inboxes are matched to the correct thread more reliably, and linked emails show up again on the records they belong to.

May 2026: Planning recommendations, replanning suggestions and chat management

Ranked vehicle, driver and equipment recommendations, replanning suggestions for exceptions, a bulk availability planner, chat management, Mapon telematics, and OpenMove in your own language.

Planning recommendations for every consignment — A consignment now shows ranked vehicles, drivers, transport equipment, capacity contracts and existing trips that fit it, scored on location, schedule, driving time, ADR, capacity and more. Combine a vehicle, driver and equipment and apply them in one click.

Replanning suggestions for planning exceptions — When an action fails or a trip's timing drifts, Transportial suggests alternatives: a minimal change, a move to another trip, or a full replan. Evaluate the cost and delay impact, then accept or dismiss each suggestion.

Bulk availability planner and blocking events — Create recurring calendar events, driver timeslots or to-dos for many drivers and pieces of equipment at once. Select them with filters such as language, ADR or license, and preview the matches before you save. Events can now block availability, and driver activities can repeat.

Manage chats: members, permissions and visibility — A new manage-chat page lets you add or remove members, set their permission (read, chat or admin), make a chat public or private, view linked integrations, and delete a chat.

Emails linked to orders automatically, and chat replies by email — Emails from connected inboxes are matched to the right records and their attachments classified automatically. You can also send a chat reply as an email reply, and the mail view shows full sender and Reply-To details.

Mapon telematics integration — Connect Mapon to import vehicles and positions, send planning to the vehicle, receive progress updates and exchange text messages with drivers.

Plan board shows trips, activities and events together — Vehicle, driver and equipment lanes now show trips, activities, calendar events and to-dos side by side. Trip cards show their load, and dragging on the vehicle table works reliably.

CO2 emissions calculated per leg and per trip — Well-to-wheel and tank-to-wheel CO2 emissions are now recalculated for each leg and for the whole trip, based on the distance driven and the vehicle's fuel type and emission standard.

More complete CMR printing — CMRs are now generated by the PDF service, include realized durations, and fill their fields more completely and consistently.

More accurate AI order import from files and emails — AI extraction of transport orders, quotes and invoices from documents and emails is more accurate, while running on more cost-efficient models.

Filters and pages you can bookmark and share — List filters and pagination are now stored in the page address, so the back button, bookmarks and shared links open exactly the view you were looking at.

Transportial now available in French and Romanian — French and Romanian were added as interface languages.

OpenMove in your own language, with chat translation — OpenMove is now fully translated, including Dutch, and has a language selector on the login screen and in the profile that saves your choice to your account. Chat messages can be shown translated into your language.

More reliable OpenMove sessions — Logging out now clears all cached trips, chats and questionnaires from the device, accounts without a driver profile get a clear message instead of an error, and an issue where trip details kept loading was fixed.

Build automations in the visual workflow designer, publish apps to the App Store, chat with customers in the portal, compare route alternatives, and invoice straight from a transport order.

Workflows with a visual designer — Build automations step by step in a visual designer. Start them from an event, a schedule or by hand, then add conditions, HTTP requests, entity updates, messages, delays, queries and variables. Every run is logged.

Publish apps to the App Store — Developers can publish apps with screenshots and free, one-time, subscription or usage-based pricing, submit them for review, manage API tokens, and follow installs and ratings. Users can read and write app reviews.

Chat with your customers in the customer portal — Customers can now chat with your team directly from the customer portal. You choose whether the chat is shown in the portal.

Automatic translation of chat messages — Turn on automatic translation so chat messages between planners and drivers who speak different languages are translated for each reader.

Bulk availability with rotation schedules — Set availability for many drivers or pieces of transport equipment at once from the planners, including rotation patterns such as a number of weeks on followed by weeks off.

Compare route alternatives and drag routes on the map — When calculating a trip route, compare fastest, eco and cheapest alternatives on toll, travel time and emissions. You can also drag the route on the map to reshape it, and it is recalculated as you go.

Invoice straight from a transport order — Create an invoice from a transport order in one click. Payment status is now synced back from Exact Online, Moneybird and Twinfield, so you can see which invoices have been paid.

Download orders, quotes and invoices in another language — Pick a language when downloading a transport order, quote or invoice PDF, so every customer receives documents in their own language. Transport order views and PDFs also show delivery terms.

Rail, inland waterway and air bookings — Besides road, you can now record bookings for rail, inland waterway and air legs on your trips, so multimodal transport is planned in one place.

Preview files without downloading them — A new file viewer opens documents and images right in Transportial, and file types are recognized more reliably.

Plan directly from a consignment and create trips faster — Start planning straight from a consignment's detail view. Splitting an order into legs and turning them into trips takes fewer steps.

Smarter optimizer and a choice of optimizer engine — The optimizer can now split trips, swap and relocate consignments between trips, and use idle vehicles, which leads to better-filled trips. You can also choose which route optimizer engine your platform uses.

Bulk actions and smarter filters in lists — Set several vehicles, drivers, transport equipment or businesses to operational or inactive, or delete them, in one go. Transport order and consignment lists have more useful default filters, and grouped actions are shown together.

OpenMove: links open in the app and clearer sign-in help — Links to OpenMove now open in the app, a contact screen was added, password-recovery errors are explained clearly, and location updates are sent from the dashboard.

March 2026: Customer portal, setup wizard and the bulk trip planner

A rebuilt customer portal, a guided setup wizard, splitting orders into multimodal legs, online invoice payments, freight exchange and ferry booking connectors, and OpenMove that works offline.

New customer portal — Your customers get a redesigned portal with an overview, their orders, quotes, invoices, public documents, live tracking and a form to request new orders. You decide per platform what the portal shows.

Guided setup wizard and access requests — New platforms are walked through company profile, fleet, administration, consignment and equipment types, data import and automations. People can also request access to an existing platform; admins approve or decline and the requester is notified by e-mail.

Bulk trip planner and order splitting into legs — Select many consignments, define legs with a destination and transport mode (for example pre-haul, ferry, last mile), split them into trips and assign vehicles, capacity contracts or bookings per leg in one go. A single transport order can also be split into legs with its own stops, carrier quote and pricing.

Customers can pay invoices online — Shared invoices now have a Pay now button so customers can pay through a connected payment provider, with the payment confirmed back on the invoice.

Marketplace connects to external freight exchanges — Publish loads to and fetch offers from Timocom, Trans.eu, Teleroute, DAT, Freightos and Sennder, and receive tenders from partners through an inbound API. New filters and sorting on bids and target prices, plus accept-and-plan in one step.

Ferry bookings, container tracking and container reuse — Send, update and cancel ferry bookings with DFDS, Stena Line, P&O Ferries and CLdN, with confirmations flowing back automatically. Track container shipments through SeaRates and manage container reuse requests through Avantida.

Activity log and version history — Transport orders, trips, invoices and quotes get an Activity tab showing who did what and when, and you can browse an entity's earlier versions to see exactly what changed.

Test your integrations with saved test cases — Store example input and expected output for an integration and run one or all tests to see pass or fail before changes go live. Failed webhook deliveries can now be retried.

New optimizer engine and more routing engines — Choose a new optimizer engine for automatic trip creation and calculate routes with OSRM, HERE or Google Maps besides PTV. The consignment optimizer also learned to relocate, swap, merge and split trips for better results.

Fillable document templates, new CMR and template PDFs — Document templates support input fields, SVG images and richer styling, can be sent automatically by message automations and capacity contracts, and trips can be downloaded with your own template. The CMR and transport order PDFs were improved, with optional quote lines on the order PDF.

Ledger by category and expected-versus-actual variance — The ledger groups revenue and cost by business, by pricing category or combined, and shows how actual figures compare to what was expected. Incoming invoices can be checked against an incoming quote or pricing element, and price matrices can be pasted straight from Excel.

Complete all actions at once and record start and end km — Planners can complete all remaining actions of a trip in one step with a start and end time, and register the trip's start and end odometer readings. Trips with loading plans show a Stacking tab.

Better filters, dashboard widgets and chat filters — New filters for trips, vehicles, consignments, capacity contracts and teams, a search builder for advanced queries, extra embeddable widgets, the option to hide dashboard elements, and chat filters for direct, group, vehicle and consignment chats.

OpenMove keeps working without a connection — Trips, the dashboard, chat, notifications and questionnaires are cached on the device and synchronize when the connection returns. The app also got a dark theme and refreshed icons.

A new App Store, a query builder for your own reports, invoice approval flows, bulk actions on invoices and quotes, public trip tracking with visibility settings, and much faster trip loading.

App Store to browse and install apps — Browse apps by category, read their permissions and version history, install or uninstall them and manage their settings from one place.

Build your own reports with the query builder — A new Reporting tab on the dashboard lets you write and run queries on your own data, page through results and save queries for later.

Invoice approvals and team managers — Incoming invoices can require approval: approvers get a notification and a Pending approvals list to approve or reject. Teams can now have managers, and incoming invoices are never marked as paid automatically.

Bulk actions for invoices and quotes — Select multiple invoices to send, mark as paid, send reminders, approve, cancel or delete them, and turn several quotes into invoices at once.

Public trip tracking with visibility settings — Shared transport order links can show live trip tracking, and you choose whether the vehicle, driver, documents and customer details are visible to the recipient.

Document templates rendered as PDF everywhere — Templates gained link and conditional elements, borders per side and italic text, and are rendered to PDF by a dedicated service. Message automations can attach documents generated from templates or insight reports.

Trips load and update much faster — Opening, saving and live-updating trips is significantly faster thanks to optimized data loading, caching and batched live updates, and trip edits are debounced in the interface.

Smarter planning: action sorting, utilization and filters — Optionally sort a trip's actions by distance when you drop a consignment on it, see a trip's utilization, filter resources by availability, configure the optimizer algorithm and reverse a trip's route. Vehicles and equipment now record loading dimensions.

Expected and actual costs and revenue per trip — Expected cost and revenue are stored for orders, trips and consignments, combined trips show their joint financials, and the ledger can be viewed relative to the selected entity.

Exact Online sync for invoices, quotes and documents — Invoices and quotes are re-synced to Exact Online when they change, including their PDF documents and the right journal codes, with duplicate detection.

Trip completion by the planner and transport order terms — Platforms can require a planner to complete trips before invoices and integrations are triggered. Terms and conditions per administration are printed on transport order, quote and invoice PDFs, and the trip CMR can be opened from the trip.

No more duplicate invoices and corrected order statuses — Fixed invoices being created twice, ledger entries clashing between modules, and transport order status and average duration calculations.

Trip confirmation for admins in OpenMove — Admin users can confirm trips directly from the trip details in OpenMove, and trips are sorted more logically by status.

Read and send email inside Transportial, design your own documents, let AI draft integrations, message automations and price modules, and answer action questionnaires in OpenMove.

Email client inside Transportial — Read, search, compose, reply to and forward email from a full email client with folders, labels and signatures. Connect a mailbox over IMAP/SMTP or Microsoft 365, share inboxes with colleagues using read, write or admin rights, and link emails to transport orders and consignments.

Design your own document templates — A drag-and-drop document designer with text, images, shapes, tables, barcodes, QR codes and repeaters bound to your data. Create templates for CMRs, waybills, invoices, quotes, transport orders and trips, preview them with sample data and download PDFs.

Generate integrations, automations and price modules with AI — Describe what you need, optionally upload API documentation, rate cards or contracts, and AI drafts the integration, message automation or price modules for you to review.

Action result questionnaires — Configure questionnaires per action type with text, number, select, date, photo and signature questions. Drivers answer them in OpenMove when completing an action, and planners can fill them in from trip execution.

Recurring subscription price modules — A new price module charges a fixed amount per period, for example per driver per month, with optional pro-rata calculation based on start and end dates.

Select multiple rows and act on them at once — Tables support multi-select with bulk actions, starting with cancelling several transport orders in one go.

Capacity contracts with drivers and equipment — Capacity contracts can now supply drivers or transport equipment instead of only vehicles, which are then used on trips, and can be filtered by type. Completed or cancelled trips release them automatically.

Expected and actual figures in the ledger — The ledger now shows expected and actual revenue and cost side by side.

Optimizer uses real road distances from PTV — The optimizer calculates distance matrices through PTV (including PTV Developer) and cached routes, and only calculates full routes once trips are final.

Vehicle activity tab and loading plan calculation — Vehicles have an Activity tab and a speed view on the map, and consignments can calculate or recalculate their loading plan. Insights can hide empty tables.

OpenMove shows your most important trips first — The trip list is sorted by status priority, and live updates only include trips assigned to the signed-in driver.

Fixes for quotes, goods, uploads and notifications — Fixed the quote creation flow, stacking of nested goods, file uploads, notification settings, EVO GPS authentication and message automations triggered by trip updates.

Configurable questionnaires when completing stops, per-user message automation preferences, a new trip map with live indicator, more optimizer controls and multi-division Exact Online.

Questionnaires when completing a stop — Define questions per action type, with conditions, signatures, photos and field mappings, and have them answered when a stop is executed. The answers fill in the action result and can determine its status.

Choose which message automations you receive — Automations can be marked as user-toggleable, with permission filters deciding who sees them. Each user can then switch these notifications on or off in their own settings.

New trip map with route overview and live indicator — The trip detail has a redesigned map with controls, a legend and a route overview of all stops. A live indicator shows whether your screen is receiving real-time updates.

More control over the optimizer — Advanced optimizer settings let you set vehicle operating intervals, maximum driving and total periods, and choose to ignore location, consignment or action constraints for a run.

Defer heavy calculations until a trip is confirmed — New planning settings let you postpone road-route, capacity and financial calculations until a trip is confirmed, which keeps planning fast on busy boards.

Exact Online: multiple divisions and sales orders — The Exact Online integration now supports multiple divisions, imports sales orders and books invoices as ledger entries with the right VAT and general ledger codes.

More accurate costs and revenue across orders and trips — Costs and revenue are now attributed per consignment and kept in sync between transport orders, consignments and trips, including route expenses and location pricing.

Reworked EvoGPS integration — The EvoGPS connection now imports vehicles, drivers, driver status and detailed vehicle data.

Faster, more reliable document previews — File previews, including PDFs and e-mails, now load through Transportial itself, so documents open reliably without leaving the app.

Clearer trip execution and action cards — Action cards were restyled, the trip execution screen got new settings, and trip rows and the trip plan board show more relevant details.

OpenMove: live trip updates and adding stops — Trips update in real time while open, drivers can add an action to a trip and end a trip when permitted, and the trip list supports pull-to-refresh with completed trips at the bottom.

OpenMove: rich-text chat messages — The chat editor in OpenMove now supports formatted text.

Faster trip loading — Trips load their actions, consignments and goods in batches, and new indexes speed up capacity and pricing lookups.

Fixes for boat bookings and stop order — Booking actions on boats are handled correctly again, and stops keep their intended order.

Link chats to e-mail, WhatsApp or Telegram, approve incoming invoices, share invoices by link with Stripe or Mollie payment, see events in the planners and route with Google or HERE.

Connect chats to e-mail, WhatsApp and Telegram — Link a chat to an external e-mail address, WhatsApp number or Telegram contact. Messages can be sent to that channel and replies arrive back in the chat.

Approval flow for incoming invoices — Request approval for an incoming invoice, then approve it or reject it with a reason. Pending approvals are listed per user and for the whole team.

Share invoices through a public link — Invoices can be shared with customers through a secure link that opens the invoice without logging in.

Online invoice payments with Stripe or Mollie — Connect Stripe or Mollie so customers can pay invoices online after they are sent.

Events and activities in the planners — The vehicle, driver and equipment planners show trips, calendar events and activities together. Create them directly from the planner and choose which types are visible by default.

Validation rules and hidden fields for forms — Configure required fields and validation rules for forms at platform level, and let users hide fields they never use.

Google Maps and HERE as routing engines — Besides PTV, routes can now be calculated with Google Maps or HERE.

Revenue and costs no longer counted twice — Revenue and costs now flow consistently between quotes, transport orders, consignments and trips, without duplicated amounts.

Better invoice and quote PDFs and e-mails — Invoice and quote PDFs were refined, PDF downloads work reliably, and documents are e-mailed in the background.

Unique load numbers when adding several loads — Adding multiple consignments in one save now gives each a unique, correctly continuing number.

Faster and more stable web app — New database indexes, leaner data loading and memory fixes in the web app make lists and planners load faster.

FleetAccess now links board computers only — The FleetAccess integration focuses on board computers and positions and no longer overwrites vehicle details managed in Transportial.

New environments work from the first order — Fixed a crash when creating the first transport order and consignment in a brand-new environment.

OpenMove updated for current Android and iOS — OpenMove was migrated to the latest app platform so it runs on current Android and iOS versions.

Developers get a portal with documentation, their published apps and install statistics.

More powerful message templates — A rebuilt template engine supports nested conditions, loops, tables, date formatting and capitalization in message templates and automations.

New report: vehicle stops by date range — See every stop of your vehicles in a period, including how long each stop took.

Routes calculated around bookings — Routes are split around booking actions, such as ferry or train crossings, so distances and times reflect the real journey.

New date and time input — A new date and time field is used throughout the app and moves automatically to the next part as you type.

Optimizer results and durations shown correctly — Saved optimizer trips render properly and stop durations are displayed in the planning views.

Invoice, quote and PDF fixes — Fixed entering invoice and quote lines, the invoices and quotes overview and generating PDFs.

Saved filters are remembered again — Filters you set on lists are kept correctly when you come back.

Connect FleetAccess telematics, send mail through your own server with Microsoft 365 sign-in, split routes around bookings and run long calculations in the background.

FleetAccess telematics integration — Import vehicles, drivers, driver status, positions, activities and tire data from FleetAccess.

Send mail through your own server or Microsoft 365 — Outgoing mail can use the platform default or your own mail server, including Microsoft 365 with modern (OAuth 2.0) sign-in.

Routes split around bookings — When a trip contains a booking, such as a ferry, the route is calculated in separate parts before and after it.

Long route calculations no longer time out — Long PTV calculations now run as background tasks, so large trips and optimizations finish instead of timing out.

Load meters calculated from length and width — Load meters, length and width convert into each other for goods, vehicles and equipment, and decimal values are accepted.

Better reports and goods descriptions — The load and loading-list reports show more information and describe goods more clearly.

Correct ETA and ETD for single actions — Arrival and departure times are calculated correctly for stops with a single action, and stop actions are grouped properly.

Fixes for cost entry and tax rates — Fixed entering costs on transport orders and removed an unwanted default tax rate.

Webfleet driver import fixes — Driver names with special characters are imported correctly from Webfleet.

June 2025: Webfleet order sync, recurring driver availability and vehicle types

Trips sent to Webfleet now stay in sync when they change. Driver availability can repeat with exceptions, vehicle types are configurable, and routing and capacity calculations are more reliable.

Webfleet orders stay in sync with your trips — Changes to a trip are now pushed to the matching Webfleet order, including booking details and order types. Webfleet connections also switched to the header-based sign-in Webfleet requires going forward, so sending orders keeps working.

Recurring driver availability with exceptions — Driver timeslots can now repeat on a schedule, and you can add exceptions such as a single day off without changing the whole pattern. Transportial works out each driver's actual occurrences and can check whether a driver or vehicle is available.

Configurable vehicle types — Vehicle types can now be managed in the type configuration, the same way as other types, so vehicles can be classified consistently across planning and integrations.

More reliable capacity tracking along a trip — Capacity used and available at each stop is now recalculated faster and more consistently. Loads that don't fit any vehicle or trailer are handled cleanly instead of breaking the calculation.

Route calculation and route planner fixes — Fixed incorrect results in road route calculations and resolved issues in the route planner.

Correct arrival and departure times in quote route options — Route options generated for quotes now show the right estimated arrival and departure time for every action.

Length and size fields display correctly — Fixed how length and size values are shown for goods and transport equipment, and lists in forms no longer have to be filled in when they are optional.

OpenMove: trip timeline with start and complete actions — OpenMove now shows each trip as a timeline of stops and tasks. Drivers can start the trip, update the status of the current action, mark it complete and add extra actions on the road.

May 2025: Version history, multimodal quote options and double-booking alerts

See who changed what on any record, get road, sea, air and rail options when generating quotes, and get alerted when vehicles, trailers or drivers are double-booked. Plus Webfleet dispatch and FTP file exchange.

Version history: see who changed what and when — Transport orders, trips, businesses, locations and transport equipment now have a Versions view listing every change with the date, time and the user who made it. This makes it easy to trace back edits and settle discussions.

Multimodal route options when generating quotes — When you generate quote lines from a transport order, Transportial now builds route options by road, sea, air and rail. It uses the nearest ports, airports and rail hubs and takes each business's preferred modes into account, then groups the lines per option.

Alerts for double-booked vehicles, equipment and drivers — Trips now raise an alert when a vehicle, trailer or driver is booked on another trip in the same time window. New alert settings on the platform let you choose which checks run.

Dispatch trips to Webfleet — Trips can now be sent to Webfleet as orders for the driver's on-board computer, and cancelled there when the trip is cancelled. Status updates and vehicle positions from Webfleet come back into Transportial.

Exchange files with integrations over FTP — Partners can now upload files over FTP, and each upload is picked up by the matching integration. Outgoing files are placed ready for download and removed once they have been collected.

Cancel individual consignments — You can now cancel a single consignment without cancelling the whole transport order, for example when one load of a multi-load order falls through.

Automatic load meters and consignment totals — Load meters are now calculated automatically from the goods' dimensions. Consignments show totals for colli, number of load carriers, weight (kg) and volume (CBM), with consistent rounding.

Booking details on orders and trips — A new booking action records the booking type, booking number, bill of lading number and external reference. The details also show on trips, which is useful for sea, rail and air legs.

Faster loading across the app — Smarter caching of sessions and platform settings, plus more data loaded only when needed, make lists and detail pages noticeably quicker.

New users get the default settings group — New users are now added to the default settings group automatically, so they start with the same set-up as their colleagues. Teams are also recorded on consignments.

Quote lines from pricing and number rounding — Quote lines generated from a price configuration are calculated correctly again, and amounts and quantities are rounded consistently.

Fixes for two-factor login, businesses, widgets and live updates — Fixed issues with two-factor login codes, saving changes to a business, website widgets, and live updates of consignments.

Share a link so anyone can execute a trip without an account, connect Webfleet, EVO GPS and Squarell, and give each team its own number prefix, mailbox and fleets.

Shareable trip execution page — Share a link to a trip so a driver or subcontractor without an account can execute it in the browser, working through the stops and actions one by one. The progress lands directly in your trip.

Webfleet, EVO GPS and Squarell connections — New preset integrations import vehicles and drivers from Webfleet and send text messages to drivers, read vehicle positions from EVO GPS, and fetch vehicle data and tachograph files from Squarell.

Team settings: number prefixes, mailbox and fleets — Each team can now have its own prefix for order numbers, its own linked e-mail mailbox and its own fleets. This keeps numbering and communication separate per department or branch.

Customer-specific locations and mobile numbers — When you enter an order, you can now pick a location that belongs to the selected customer. Contact persons also have a separate mobile phone number.

Easier entry of financial lines — Amount and financial line inputs on quotes and invoices were reworked so they are quicker to fill in. Ledger entries are generated more reliably, and several quote and invoice issues were fixed.

Costs and revenue distributed across orders, trips and resources — Financial figures are now passed up and down between transport orders, consignments, trips, vehicles and drivers. Driver shifts are derived from recorded activities, so per-resource results are more accurate.

Smarter action time entry and events on action cards — Action times can no longer be negative, and empty times are filled in from the next action. A platform setting shows events such as arrivals directly on the action cards.

Faster searches and lists — New database indexes speed up searches and lists, especially for trips and on-board computer data.

Deleted trips no longer show up, plus planning fixes — Deleted trips no longer appear in lists. Clicking items in Watchtower, searching vehicles and attaching a vehicle to a trip work reliably again.

OpenMove: trip details with route map and documents — Drivers can open a trip in OpenMove to see its route on a map alongside their current location. They can also view, download and upload trip documents and photos.

Trips now warn about capacity problems and missing documents, load meters follow from goods dimensions, and message automations can send through Microsoft Exchange 365 or WhatsApp.

Automatic alerts for capacity problems and missing documents — Trips now raise an alert when there isn't enough capacity for everything planned, or when all stops are done but no documents have been attached. Each alert can be opened to view and fix the cause, marked as solved, or ignored.

Load meters calculated from goods dimensions — Load meters now convert to and from length and width for goods and for the load space of trailers and vehicles. A new planning setting lets you treat weight, load meters and volume as totals instead of per-piece values.

Send automated e-mails through Exchange 365, plus WhatsApp — Message automations can now send e-mail through a connected Microsoft Exchange 365 mailbox as well as SMTP, and WhatsApp is available as a channel. Messages leave from your own mailbox and accounts.

More realistic ETAs — ETA calculation was improved. A new trip setting makes the estimated driving time between stops at least as long as the gap until the next time window.

Plan with capacity contracts by drag and drop — Capacity contracts with carriers now appear in the planner sidebar and can be dragged onto the planning just like your own vehicles. Searching vehicles, trailers and drivers in the sidebar was improved too.

Plan board keeps your tab; durations can span days — The trip detail on the plan board now stays on the tab you had open when you switch trips. Durations can be entered and shown in days as well as hours and minutes.

Packaging to take and return on consignment types — Consignment types can now define packaging to take along and to return, so deposit items such as pallets or crates are added automatically.

Language switching and clearer Dutch labels — Switching the interface language now applies everywhere, platform label settings work correctly again, and many Dutch labels were reworded.

Quote editing no longer duplicates lines — Fixed quote line entry so that editing a quote no longer duplicates lines. Quote lines generated from a transport order's pricing are also more accurate.

Chat input and notification order fixes — The chat box and chat input were fixed, and notifications are listed newest first again.

Integrations no longer replace existing records — Data coming in through integrations now updates existing records instead of overwriting them, and the e-mail integration was fixed.

OpenMove: chat with files, notifications and trip list — OpenMove now has live chat with photo and file sharing, a notifications page, and a trip list grouped by status.

Give groups of users the same set-up with settings groups, choose which details trips and consignments show, record richer goods data, and get faster, localized invoice, quote and order PDFs.

Settings groups — Define default user settings once in a settings group and apply them to every user in the group. Each group keeps a version number and shows when it was last applied, so everyone works with the same set-up.

Choose which details trips and consignments show — Trip and consignment rows now offer many more fields to pick from. Options include first, next and last stop with their references and time windows, driver names, loads, and booking and bill of lading numbers, and fields you don't need can be hidden.

Richer goods details: general cargo and load carriers — Goods are now split into general cargo and load carriers, each with their own fields. These include HS code, packaging material, ADR, product type, VIN, seal, gross weight and quantity.

Trip remarks and new Drivers and Equipment tabs — Trips have a remark field for instructions or notes. New tabs on the trip list the drivers and transport equipment involved.

Faster, localized PDFs for invoices, quotes and orders — Invoice, quote and transport order PDFs are now produced by a dedicated PDF service. They are generated faster and in the right language and date format.

Marker clustering on the map — Nearby markers on the planning map are now grouped into clusters, keeping the map fast and readable with many vehicles and stops.

Search that forgives typos — Search now uses fuzzy and wildcard matching, so small typos or partial terms still find the right orders, trips and relations. Recent searches are remembered better too.

Stay signed in with automatic session refresh — Sessions are now refreshed automatically in the background, so you're no longer logged out unexpectedly during the day.

Platform-specific roles — Roles can now be limited to a specific platform. Organizations running multiple platforms can give users different rights on each.

Card or list layout for the sidebar — A new personal setting lets you choose whether sidebar search results, such as consignments, are shown as cards or as a compact list.

Fixes for cabotage statistics, chat and live updates — Fixed cabotage statistics and the chat page, and made live updates more stable. Larger files can now be uploaded.

OpenMove: chat and multiple languages — OpenMove gained chat screens for conversations with planners and colleagues. The app is now available in multiple languages and handles expired sessions gracefully.

Orders, consignments and trips now show alerts and expected costs and turnover. CMR printing was redesigned, packaging deposits can be tracked, and the plan board shows driver names and plates.

Alerts on orders, consignments and trips — Transport orders, consignments and trips now show their open alerts, with a badge so issues stand out in lists. Planners can solve or ignore each alert directly from the detail view.

Expected costs and turnover per order, consignment and trip — Transport orders, consignments and trips now show expected costs and expected turnover. Trip revenue is shared across its consignments based on the distance and space each one takes, so you can see the margin per load.

Redesigned CMR printing — CMR printing from a transport order was rebuilt and now produces each of the colored CMR copies, with the consignment details laid out correctly.

Action overview tab on trips — A new Action overview tab lists all actions of a trip in sequence together with the capacity information at each point.

Packaging deposits — Types can now carry a deposit value linked to a pricing category. A new packaging action records taking and returning packaging such as pallets or crates during a trip.

Driver names and license plates on the plan board — The plan board can now show the driver names and the license plates of the transport equipment on each trip.

Vehicle and load space dimensions — Vehicles now record both their outer dimensions and their loading dimensions, and goods have a load meters field. This is the basis for more accurate capacity checks.

Stable map planner and Watchtower — Fixed the map planner repeatedly reloading itself and resolved display issues in Watchtower.

No more duplicate automated messages — Message automations no longer send the same message twice, and saving changes to trips was fixed.

Drivers created through the API can log in — When a driver is created through the API, the linked user account is now set up so the driver can log in straight away.

Excel files, time zones and geofence drawing — Fixed reading of Excel (.xlsx) files and handling of uploaded files. Also fixed a time zone issue, the shape of drawn geofences, and the preferred language setting.

OpenMove: sign-in, password reset and two-factor set-up — The new OpenMove driver app gained its account basics: signing in, setting up two-factor authentication, resetting a forgotten password and logging out. Groundwork for photo uploads and location updates was added too.

2024 brought management dashboards, shareable quotes, single sign-on, the App Store, message automations, driver compliance records and AI that reads orders, quotes and invoices.

Operational and financial management dashboards — New management dashboards show trips, orders, average cost per trip and financial results over any date range. You can click from a chart straight into the planner, so you can act on what you see.

Share quotes online and turn them into invoices — Quotes can be shared through a public link so customers can review them online, and you can send reminders. An accepted quote becomes an invoice in one step, so you never retype prices.

Automatic revenue and cost distribution with ledger entries — Revenue and cost are now calculated automatically and spread over orders, trips, consignments and vehicles. Methods include per kilometer, per kilogram, percentage and quote-based. Invoices also post ledger entries, which gives you a true margin per trip.

Single sign-on with SAML — Administrators can set up SAML single sign-on with their identity provider and download the service provider metadata. Users then log in with their company account.

Message automations in multiple languages — Workflows became message automations. They send messages automatically on events or schedules, in each recipient's language. Automations can start from templates, be duplicated, and include formatted tables of order data.

App Store for apps and publishers — A new App Store lets publishers list apps with versions, and lets platforms browse and install them, so you can extend Transportial without custom work.

Driver certificates, bans, service cards and complaints — Record driver licenses and certificates, bans, service cards and complaints, and filter them by driver or business. All driver compliance information now lives in one place.

Tire management — Keep track of the tires on your vehicles, including brand and tire class, as part of fleet maintenance.

Table-based plan board and Watchtower table view — The vehicle plan board gained a table layout with columns you can sort, drag and hide, plus side planning. Watchtower also got a table view for scanning many consignments quickly.

To-do boards with comments, mentions and statistics — To-dos get comments and @mentions that alert colleagues, overdue tracking, and board and lane statistics. You can also add to-dos directly to orders and consignments.

AI reads transport orders, quotes and invoices from files — Upload a document or forward an e-mail, including .eml files, and Transportial extracts the transport order, quote or invoice for you. This saves manual data entry.

Supplier registration and forwarded transport orders — Suppliers can register through an invitation link and see the transport orders you forward to them. Quotes they send come back in as incoming quotes.

Bulk trip actions, trip splitting and multiple CMRs per trip — You can confirm, update or cancel several trips at once and split a trip. Trips show an estimated duration and end time, and you can print several CMRs for one trip.

Regional formats, custom translations and hidden fields — Each platform can set its locale, time zone and date format, override interface translations, and hide fields its users don't need.

2023: Own routing engine, driver planner and self-service signup

2023 added a multimodal routing engine with CO2 and toll data, planners for drivers, vehicles and equipment, two-factor login, accounting connectors and self-service signup with billing.

Multimodal routing engine with CO2, tolls and elevation — Transportial now calculates routes with its own routing engine. Routes include CO2 emissions, toll sections and elevation, and the platform can choose its routing provider. Modes that aren't supported yet fall back to a backup route.

CO2 reporting per trip and vehicle — Trips show their CO2 emissions, and a new report lists vehicle CO2 values over a date range. You can use it for sustainability reporting to customers.

Driver planner and driver time slots — Plan driver availability with time slots and see each driver's trips and activities on a dedicated driver planner with filters and drag-and-drop.

Vehicle and transport equipment planners — New timelines show trips per vehicle and per trailer or container. You can attach and detach vehicles and equipment directly from the planner.

Bookings and trip confirmation — Trips can be confirmed before they start, and bookings can be created on trips. The trip status lifecycle is enforced, so everyone sees the same state.

Send quotes and invoices, with variable price indexes — Quotes and invoices can be sent from Transportial and combined into one invoice. Tax rate codes and pricing categories are supported, and variable price indexes such as fuel surcharges adjust your prices automatically.

Accounting and CRM connectors: Twinfield, AFAS and HubSpot — Invoices and relations can now sync with Twinfield and AFAS accounting, and with HubSpot CRM, so they no longer have to be entered twice.

Visibility and telematics connectors, plus webhooks — New connectors include project44 tracking updates, Trimble board computers, BigMile emissions and several freight and air cargo sources. Integrations can also call your systems through webhooks.

Two-factor authentication — Users can protect their account with a one-time code from an authenticator app and download recovery codes.

Self-service signup with billing and a developer portal — New companies can sign up and enter payment details on their own, and view billing statistics and invoices. Software partners can register as developers.

In-app tutorials — Guided tutorials walk new users through creating an order, the planner, locations, vehicles and the pricing module.

Dark mode, platform settings, custom types and more languages — This year added dark mode, platform-wide settings, your own entity types, and Dutch and German translations.

Geofences on locations — Draw a geofence around a location and edit its shape on the map. Arrivals and departures can then be detected more precisely.

Customer portal widget and shareable links — Embed a customer portal or an order request form on your website, and share public links to transport orders and the map planner with customers.

2022: Planner, invoicing, capacity contracts and workflows

2022 introduced the drag-and-drop planner, invoices and quotes, pricing modules, capacity contracts, automated workflows, tachograph-based driving times and Marketplace bidding.

Drag-and-drop planner timeline — A new calendar planner shows trips per vehicle by day, week or month. You drag consignments onto it to create trips and attach drivers and equipment.

Link and swap trips, combine and split consignments — Trips can be linked or swapped, and consignments can be combined into one or split again. This makes multi-leg and consolidated transport easier to plan.

Create invoices and quotes — You can create invoices and quotes in Transportial, with tax rates on each line, serial numbers and your business logo.

Pricing modules for automatic prices — Pricing modules calculate prices from distance, weight and other order data, including calculations on a predefined route.

Capacity and capacity contracts — Record the capacity that carriers offer and agree it in capacity contracts with recurring schedules and time slots.

Workflows that send messages automatically — Workflows send templated messages on a schedule or when something happens. They can loop over query results to build the content.

Driving times and cabotage from tachograph data — Transportial reads tachograph data to show each driver's remaining driving time. The plan board also tracks cabotage trips, so you know when another one is allowed.

Vehicle cameras — Cameras can be registered on vehicles and viewed from the vehicle detail screen.

Bidding on Marketplace tenders — Carriers can bid on tenders and shippers can accept, decline or counter a bid. Each tender shows a target price, the lowest bid and the number of bids.

Report builder and fleet and mobility reports — A query language lets you build your own reports. Ready-made reports cover fleet trips, driver actions and border crossings, and you can export the results.

Route planner and schedule routes — A new route planner calculates routes on demand. Schedule routes describe recurring connections, such as sea routes, for multimodal planning.

To-do boards with lanes — Organize work on boards with lanes and to-dos that you drag between lanes, assign to colleagues and keep up to date.

Excel import without duplicate orders — Transport orders can be imported from Excel files, and imports never create the same order twice.

Important messages and idle-time notifications — You can mark chat messages as important and send message templates in chat. Notifications warn you when a vehicle stands idle or equipment needs to return to its home base.

2021 added the integrations engine, e-mail-to-order, telematics, the plan board with live ETAs, the optimizer, drivers, invoicing, insights, widgets and the first version of the Marketplace.

Integrations engine with configurable and file-based connections — Connect other systems through configurable integrations, file templates and FTP/SFTP. Integrations run as scheduled or triggered tasks that you can monitor.

Turn e-mails into transport orders — Incoming e-mails can be converted into transport orders, and attached files can be previewed in the app.

Live vehicle positions from board computers — Transics and other board computers now feed live positions, activities and tachograph data into Transportial. Vehicles appear on the map with their current location.

Plan board with live ETAs — The plan board shows each vehicle's trips with the next ETA. ETAs come from live PTV route calculations.

Trip optimizer and combination planner — The optimizer suggests trips for open consignments, and the combination planner helps you combine loads.

Driver management — Add drivers with license details, ADR qualification and driving times. You can filter drivers by license or ADR when planning.

Administrations, pricing and trip cost breakdown — Set up administrations for invoicing, start pricing your orders, and see a breakdown of expenses for each trip.

Marketplace with tenders — The first version of the Marketplace lets you publish transport as a tender and find tenders from others.

Insights, live dashboard and embeddable widgets — Create insight reports, follow operations on a live dashboard, render PDFs, and embed widgets on your own website.

Terminals and transport equipment — Manage terminals with their allowed modalities, and trailers, containers and other transport equipment that you can attach to trips.

Customer contracts — Record contracts with your customers in Transportial.

Push notifications and live updates — Browser push notifications and a live connection keep screens and unread message counts up to date without reloading.

Roles, user management and English and Polish — Assign roles to users and invite them to your platform. The interface is now available in English and Polish.

Fleets and vehicle groups in the planner — You can plan by fleet, vehicle group or a combination of both, with sensible vehicle sorting and lighter, faster vehicle lists.
