Connect chats to e-mail, WhatsApp and Telegram
Link a chat to an external e-mail address, WhatsApp number or Telegram contact. Messages can be sent to that channel and replies arrive back in the chat.
Approval flow for incoming invoices
Request approval for an incoming invoice, then approve it or reject it with a reason. Pending approvals are listed per user and for the whole team.
Share invoices through a public link
Invoices can be shared with customers through a secure link that opens the invoice without logging in.
Online invoice payments with Stripe or Mollie
Connect Stripe or Mollie so customers can pay invoices online after they are sent.
Events and activities in the planners
The vehicle, driver and equipment planners show trips, calendar events and activities together. Create them directly from the planner and choose which types are visible by default.
Validation rules and hidden fields for forms
Configure required fields and validation rules for forms at platform level, and let users hide fields they never use.
Google Maps and HERE as routing engines
Besides PTV, routes can now be calculated with Google Maps or HERE.

The FleetAccess integration focuses on board computers and positions and no longer overwrites vehicle details managed in Transportial.

Revenue and costs now flow consistently between quotes, transport orders, consignments and trips, without duplicated amounts.
Unique load numbers when adding several loads
Adding multiple consignments in one save now gives each a unique, correctly continuing number.
