Is there a free trial?

The Starter plan is not a trial. It's free forever. You get 20 consignments, 10 trips, 3 internal users, 1 vehicle per type, 3 integrations, 5 automations, and 10 invoices per month at zero cost. No credit card required.

How do volume discounts work?

Accepted Answer

All transaction types (consignments, trips, invoices) pool into a single combined monthly total. As that total grows, every unit gets cheaper across the board, from €0.50 down to €0.01 at scale. You don't need to reach high volumes in any single category; mixing consignments, trips, and invoices all counts toward unlocking the next tier. There's no monthly minimum and no lock-in.

Can I switch plans at any time?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Upgrading to Basic takes effect immediately and you gain access to all features straight away. Downgrading to Starter takes effect at the start of your next billing period, so you keep your current features until then with no service interruption.

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as SEPA bank transfers. Enterprise accounts can request consolidated monthly invoicing. All transactions are processed securely via Stripe.

Yes. Enterprise plans include custom volume rates, a dedicated onboarding specialist, SLA-backed uptime guarantees, white-label deployment under your own brand, and bespoke integrations. Reach out to our sales team to discuss your fleet size and specific requirements.

What happens when I exceed Starter limits?

Each unit above the free tier is billed at the standard €0.50 rate, identical to the Basic plan rate. There are no overage penalties or surprise fees. You'll see the extra units clearly itemised on your monthly statement, and you can upgrade to Basic at any time to unlock additional features.
