Work in the Financial view
Switch the dashboard to the Financial view to work with invoices, incoming invoices, approvals and quotes per administration.

The dashboard has three views: Planning, Financial and Management. The Financial view brings together everything finance users work with every day: outgoing and incoming invoices, approvals and quotes. You always work in one administration (one of your own companies) at a time.
Open the Financial view
- Open the dashboard. See Dashboard views.
- Click the view drop-down at the right of the tab bar. It shows Planning by default.
- Choose Financial. The Invoices tab opens.
- In the administration drop-down next to it, choose the administration you want to work in.
- Click a tab to switch between lists.
Users with the account type Finance start in the Financial view on the Invoices tab every time they open the dashboard. Set the account type in Users.
The tabs

Each list works like the other tables in Transportial: search, filters, columns, saved views and bulk actions. See Filters and tables.
Choose the right administration
Invoices and quotes always belong to an administration. The lists only show the documents of the administration selected in the drop-down, and new documents are created in it. Until you choose one, Transportial uses the primary administration. See Set up administrations.
Can't find an invoice? Check the administration drop-down first. A document created in another administration does not appear in this one.
