Marketplace

The marketplace

Find, publish and win transport work: your tenders, imported freight exchange loads and the bids on them.

Updated October 5, 2026

Who can do this: The Marketplace feature on your platform.

The marketplace brings together all loads that are up for grabs: shipments you put out to tender yourself, work customers hand you as tenders, and postings imported from freight exchanges such as Timocom, Trans.eu or DAT. Carriers place bids on tenders, and the tender owner accepts one.

Open the marketplace

  1. Go to the dashboard.
  2. Click the Marketplace tab. See Dashboard views if you do not see it.
  3. Choose the Marketplace sub-tab for the tenders your platform holds, or Live search to search the freight exchanges right now.
  4. Click a row to open a tender.

The tender list

By default the list shows Lane, Pickup, Delivery, Weight, Client Budget, Source, Status and Bids. Use the column picker to add Name, Distance, Equipment, Per mile, Lowest Bid, Customer, Type or Made on.

  • Search with the search field, or filter on status, source, type, creation date, next and last stop dates, customer, user, team and target price.
  • Sort on target price, lowest bid, total bid count or creation date.
  • Click a row to open the tender. Row actions offer Place bid (only on open tenders), Bids, Open on followed by the board it came from, and Edit.

See Filters and tables for working with columns, filters and saved views.

A tender in detail

The tender panel has three tabs:

  • Overview: pickup and delivery with their time windows, distance, drive time, weight, load meters, equipment, the Client Budget and price per mile, a route map, the stops of the Lane, the Load (including ADR and high value goods) and the Description.
  • Bids: the bids placed on the tender.
  • Shipment: the shipment behind the tender.

Statuses and sources

StatusMeaning
DraftNot yet on the market.
OpenOn the market and accepting bids. A new tender is open straight away.
AcceptedA bid was accepted.
ClosedNo longer on the market, for example because a bid was accepted.

The Source shows where a tender came from: Internal (created on your platform), API Inbound (sent in by a customer's system), or a freight exchange such as Timocom, Trans.eu, Teleroute, Freightos, DAT, Truckstop or Sennder.

Tenders in the planner

The side search of the planning boards can show tenders: choose Tender in its search type selector. Dragging a tender with bids onto the trip plan board accepts its lowest bid and creates a trip. See Review and accept bids.
