Questionnaires when completing a stop
Define questions per action type, with conditions, signatures, photos and field mappings, and have them answered when a stop is executed. The answers fill in the action result and can determine its status.
Choose which message automations you receive
Automations can be marked as user-toggleable, with permission filters deciding who sees them. Each user can then switch these notifications on or off in their own settings.
New trip map with route overview and live indicator
The trip detail has a redesigned map with controls, a legend and a route overview of all stops. A live indicator shows whether your screen is receiving real-time updates.
Defer heavy calculations until a trip is confirmed
New planning settings let you postpone road-route, capacity and financial calculations until a trip is confirmed, which keeps planning fast on busy boards.

More control over the optimizer
Advanced optimizer settings let you set vehicle operating intervals, maximum driving and total periods, and choose to ignore location, consignment or action constraints for a run.
Exact Online: multiple divisions and sales orders
The Exact Online integration now supports multiple divisions, imports sales orders and books invoices as ledger entries with the right VAT and general ledger codes.
More accurate costs and revenue across orders and trips
Costs and revenue are now attributed per consignment and kept in sync between transport orders, consignments and trips, including route expenses and location pricing.
Reworked EvoGPS integration
The EvoGPS connection now imports vehicles, drivers, driver status and detailed vehicle data.
Faster, more reliable document previews
File previews, including PDFs and e-mails, now load through Transportial itself, so documents open reliably without leaving the app.
Clearer trip execution and action cards
Action cards were restyled, the trip execution screen got new settings, and trip rows and the trip plan board show more relevant details.
OpenMove: live trip updates and adding stops
Trips update in real time while open, drivers can add an action to a trip and end a trip when permitted, and the trip list supports pull-to-refresh with completed trips at the bottom.
OpenMove: rich-text chat messages
The chat editor in OpenMove now supports formatted text.
Faster trip loading
Trips load their actions, consignments and goods in batches, and new indexes speed up capacity and pricing lookups.
Fixes
Fixes for boat bookings and stop order
Booking actions on boats are handled correctly again, and stops keep their intended order.
