The trip detail panel
Open a trip and find your way around its tabs, toolbar icons and status buttons.
Updated October 4, 2026
Everything about one trip is in its detail panel: the route, the stops, the vehicle and drivers, documents and money. It opens as a panel on the right of the screen, so you can keep the plan board or planner open behind it.
Open a trip
- Find the trip on the plan board, the planner, the map, the Trips tab of a vehicle, or the trips of a shipment.
- Click the trip. Or right-click it and choose Open.
- To open it on its own page, right-click it and choose Open in new tab.
- Click a tab to switch between the parts of the trip, described below.
The trip's own page shows the Trips list behind the panel. That list has a search field and, per row, Edit and Remove.
Header and toolbar
The header shows the trip name and its trip number (#). The icons next to it are:

| Share execution view | Copies the link a driver uses to execute the trip in a browser. |
| Download PDF | Forwarded trips only: the transport order for the carrier. |
| Download from template | Builds a document from one of your document templates. Needs the document template permission. |
| Edit (✎) | Opens the Update trip form. |

The Information tab
Alerts about the trip appear at the top. Below them you see:
- Trip status and Plan status (for example OK or Too late).
- Distance, Duration and, when calculated, CO₂ emissions.
- Linked trip, Start time and End time.
- Trip expected turnover and Trip expected costs, if you have the ledger permission.
- Vehicle, Driver names and Means of transport registration plates. Click a name to open it.
- Utilization: the peak use of floor space, volume, weight and load meters. Red means over 100%.
Status buttons
At the bottom of the panel you find the button for the next step: Confirm, Start trip, End trip or Complete trip. Which one you see depends on the trip status. See Trip statuses.
A trip that is shared with you through a link opens in a read-only version of this panel, without edit icons or status buttons.
