New features
Drag-and-drop planner timeline
A new calendar planner shows trips per vehicle by day, week or month. You drag consignments onto it to create trips and attach drivers and equipment.
Link and swap trips, combine and split consignments
Trips can be linked or swapped, and consignments can be combined into one or split again. This makes multi-leg and consolidated transport easier to plan.
Create invoices and quotes
You can create invoices and quotes in Transportial, with tax rates on each line, serial numbers and your business logo.
Pricing modules for automatic prices
Pricing modules calculate prices from distance, weight and other order data, including calculations on a predefined route.
Capacity and capacity contracts
Record the capacity that carriers offer and agree it in capacity contracts with recurring schedules and time slots.
Workflows that send messages automatically
Workflows send templated messages on a schedule or when something happens. They can loop over query results to build the content.
Driving times and cabotage from tachograph data
Transportial reads tachograph data to show each driver's remaining driving time. The plan board also tracks cabotage trips, so you know when another one is allowed.
Vehicle cameras
Cameras can be registered on vehicles and viewed from the vehicle detail screen.
Bidding on Marketplace tenders
Carriers can bid on tenders and shippers can accept, decline or counter a bid. Each tender shows a target price, the lowest bid and the number of bids.
Report builder and fleet and mobility reports
A query language lets you build your own reports. Ready-made reports cover fleet trips, driver actions and border crossings, and you can export the results.
Route planner and schedule routes
A new route planner calculates routes on demand. Schedule routes describe recurring connections, such as sea routes, for multimodal planning.
To-do boards with lanes
Organize work on boards with lanes and to-dos that you drag between lanes, assign to colleagues and keep up to date.
Improvements
Excel import without duplicate orders
Transport orders can be imported from Excel files, and imports never create the same order twice.
Important messages and idle-time notifications
You can mark chat messages as important and send message templates in chat. Notifications warn you when a vehicle stands idle or equipment needs to return to its home base.
