View a vehicle's trips, map and activity

Use the vehicle tabs to see past and future trips, the live position, messages, coupled drivers and equipment, sensor data and history.

Updated October 4, 2026

Who can do this: Access to vehicles. Sensors and Driving style need the FMS feature; Cameras needs the camera feature; To-Do needs the to-do feature.

Every vehicle has a detail view with tabs. Which tabs you see depends on where you open it and on your platform's features and your permissions.

Open the vehicle detail

  • From the vehicle list (side menu, Vehicles): click a row. This opens the vehicle information with the tabs Vehicles, Complaints, Tires, Damages and To do's.
  • From the header search, a plan board or a trip: click the vehicle. This opens the full operational view described below.

Pair a driver with a vehicle

  1. Open the vehicle and choose the Drivers tab.
  2. Click Pair chauffeur.
  3. Search for and select the driver.
  4. Click Couple.

Connecting a trailer works the same way from the Means of transport tab.

Read the activity of a vehicle

  1. Open the vehicle and choose the Activity tab.
  2. Scroll through the events, or use the filters and sort options above the list.
  3. Check columns such as Event type, Driver, Location, Odometer and Fuel level.

Activity, map positions and sensor readings come from the vehicle's board computer integration. If the tabs stay empty, check that a board computer is linked to the vehicle and that the integration is active.
