New features
Workflows with a visual designer
Build automations step by step in a visual designer. Start them from an event, a schedule or by hand, then add conditions, HTTP requests, entity updates, messages, delays, queries and variables. Every run is logged.
Publish apps to the App Store
Developers can publish apps with screenshots and free, one-time, subscription or usage-based pricing, submit them for review, manage API tokens, and follow installs and ratings. Users can read and write app reviews.
Chat with your customers in the customer portal
Customers can now chat with your team directly from the customer portal. You choose whether the chat is shown in the portal.
Automatic translation of chat messages
Turn on automatic translation so chat messages between planners and drivers who speak different languages are translated for each reader.
Bulk availability with rotation schedules
Set availability for many drivers or pieces of transport equipment at once from the planners, including rotation patterns such as a number of weeks on followed by weeks off.
Compare route alternatives and drag routes on the map
When calculating a trip route, compare fastest, eco and cheapest alternatives on toll, travel time and emissions. You can also drag the route on the map to reshape it, and it is recalculated as you go.
Invoice straight from a transport order
Create an invoice from a transport order in one click. Payment status is now synced back from Exact Online, Moneybird and Twinfield, so you can see which invoices have been paid.
Download orders, quotes and invoices in another language
Pick a language when downloading a transport order, quote or invoice PDF, so every customer receives documents in their own language. Transport order views and PDFs also show delivery terms.
Rail, inland waterway and air bookings
Besides road, you can now record bookings for rail, inland waterway and air legs on your trips, so multimodal transport is planned in one place.
Improvements
Preview files without downloading them
A new file viewer opens documents and images right in Transportial, and file types are recognized more reliably.
Plan directly from a consignment and create trips faster
Start planning straight from a consignment's detail view. Splitting an order into legs and turning them into trips takes fewer steps.
Smarter optimizer and a choice of optimizer engine
The optimizer can now split trips, swap and relocate consignments between trips, and use idle vehicles, which leads to better-filled trips. You can also choose which route optimizer engine your platform uses.
Bulk actions and smarter filters in lists
Set several vehicles, drivers, transport equipment or businesses to operational or inactive, or delete them, in one go. Transport order and consignment lists have more useful default filters, and grouped actions are shown together.
OpenMove: links open in the app and clearer sign-in help
Links to OpenMove now open in the app, a contact screen was added, password-recovery errors are explained clearly, and location updates are sent from the dashboard.
