New features
Fleet FMS view with live sensors, geofences and fleet alerts
A new Fleet FMS dashboard shows live fuel, speed and sensor readings, sensor charts and vehicle comparisons, tachograph drive times and fleet utilization. Set geofences on locations, get alerts on fuel drops, stale sensors and geofence events, and add your own map layers.
Driving-style scores and driver reviews
Score driving style per vehicle and driver on harsh braking, harsh acceleration and over-speeding, with a fleet leaderboard. Record driver reviews with a category, score and comment.
Route planner with route comparison, cost and CO2
Compare fastest, cheapest, toll and toll-free routes side by side, see a cost and toll breakdown and well-to-wheel CO2, configure axles and dangerous goods, start from an existing vehicle and export the result to PDF.
Barge and rail routing plus emission reports
Route inland waterway transport with live water levels and rail transport with its own constraints, alongside road, sea and air. Trips get emission reports, and vehicles can carry a CO2 emission class.
Right-click menus, bulk attach and scheduled assignments
Right-click rows to open, plan, print a CMR or reach other actions. Attach several vehicles at once, schedule driver or equipment changes for later, get warned or blocked when a driver is unavailable, and swap vehicles in a fleet with full history.
Order templates and bulk time-window shifts
Save a transport order as a template and create new orders from it. Bulk edit can now move the time windows of many orders earlier or later in one go.
Automatic team assignment and team-only invoices
Teams can receive new transport orders automatically based on rules. Invoices and quotes carry a team, and you can limit users to seeing their own team's invoices.
New sign-up with terms acceptance and payment setup
Signing up is simpler: new platforms accept the terms and conditions on activation and can add a payment method straight away or later. The sign-in and registration pages were refreshed.
AI field mapping, integration test assertions and new connectors
Let AI generate data source field mappings, map values with rules, and validate integration tests with assertions that notify you on failure. New connectors include Salesforce, Squarell and TRAVIS truck parking bookings.
Transport orders and quotes in OpenMove
Users with the right access can view transport orders in OpenMove, and create, send or decline quotes with tax rates and pricing categories, also when offline from the cached list.
Improvements
Contracts with numbers, validity and identifiers
Contracts now have contract numbers, validity periods and external identifiers, and can be linked to transport orders. The contract form and list were redesigned.
Separate status messages from conversations in chat
Automatic status updates from on-board computers are marked as status messages that you can hide and exclude from unread counts. Chats can be marked as unread, and read status can be shared across users for consignment, vehicle and driver chats.
Better invoices and quotes, now also in the customer portal
Invoice and quote views and PDFs show sender, bill-to and both references, pricing elements are easier to manage and assigned costs can be locked. Customers can view their invoices and quotes in the portal, and trips and orders can be downloaded as PDF.
Much faster lists, boards and maps
Trip, consignment and order lists load lean rows, vehicle positions are fetched far faster, maps render more quickly and long lists are virtualized, so large fleets stay responsive.
