Centric is a Gouda-based IT services company, founded in 1992 and sold in 2024 to a consortium led by Imker Capital Partners. Its transport and logistics offering is Plan&Go TMS plus the Locus and In&Out warehouse systems. Plan&Go targets medium-sized transport companies and hauliers, covers groupage to full truckload and national, international and multimodal work, and combines order management, trip planning, trip control and invoicing, with an optional finance module. It suits hauliers that want TMS and WMS from one Dutch supplier. Transportial differs with VRP optimisation, its own driver app, an open API and published prices.

Dispatchers plan on a drag-and-drop plan board, and the VRP solver respects capacity, time windows, vehicle type and EU driving-time rules. Centric describes trip planning in Plan&Go; automatic route optimisation is not advertised.
