Built by logistics people, for logistics people

Transportial gives logistics service providers one configurable workspace to run every part of their transport operation — planning, tracking, communication, and billing — instead of a dozen disconnected tools. Transportial B.V. was founded in 2021 and is headquartered in Ulft, the Netherlands.

Why we exist

Transport runs on too many disconnected tools

Most logistics service providers run their operation across a planning tool, a tracking portal, a driver app, spreadsheets, email, and a separate finance package, held together by phone calls and brittle point-to-point integrations. Every hand-off costs time, every re-typed order invites mistakes, and every new customer or subcontractor means another integration project. The software that should make transport simpler has become one of its biggest sources of friction. We started Transportial to change that.

From the first order to the final invoice (planning, dispatch, tracking, driver communication, customer updates, and billing) we bring the whole operation into a single platform that adapts to how each business actually works. Whether you run five trucks or a multinational freight network, the goal is the same: your people should spend their time moving freight, not fighting software.

A transport industry where every business owns its data and can work with it completely on its own terms.

We believe the future of transport belongs to businesses that are in control of their own data. Shippers, carriers, subcontractors, and drivers exchange information through open standards like OTM5 instead of closed formats and custom integrations. Data moves in and out freely, connecting a new partner takes minutes rather than months, and planners decide on live data instead of yesterday's spreadsheet. No vendor, including us, should stand between a transport company and its own information.

We never bill for customer-specific work. When a customer needs something new, we build it into the product, so every customer benefits from every improvement.

Open architecture

Built on the open OTM5 standard with a fully documented REST API and webhooks. Importing and exporting your data is simple and GDPR-compliant, so you are never locked in.

Your data is yours

Transport businesses should own their data and be able to work with it completely by themselves: analyse it, report on it, and connect it to anything, without needing us in the middle.
