Transportial vs SAP TM
SAP Transportation Management is SAP SE’s TMS, run embedded in or alongside SAP S/4HANA. It covers freight procurement, order management, manual, map-based and automated planning, driver assignment in a cockpit or Gantt chart, load planning and freight settlement. Carrier collaboration and real-time tracking come from separate SAP Business Network products. It suits large shippers and logistics providers that run their business on SAP. Transportial is a standalone cloud TMS with published prices, its own driver app with eCMR and a customer portal, and connectors for non-SAP accounting and telematics systems.
