Edit, duplicate, cancel or remove a transport order
Change an existing order, copy it as the start of a new one, cancel it, remove it, and look up earlier versions.

Orders often change after they are entered: a time window moves, goods are added or the customer cancels. This article explains how to change, copy, cancel and remove orders.
Edit an order
- Open the order from the transport orders list.
- Click the pencil icon (tooltip Edit) at the top right. You can also choose Edit in the row actions or the right-click menu of the list.
- Change the fields in the panel Update order.
- Click Save.
- The Administration cannot be changed after the order is first saved.
- Actions that are already started or finished by a driver are locked.
- For orders with the status Draft, the edit form opens next to the original documents.
Duplicate an order
- In the transport orders list, choose Duplicate in the row actions or the right-click menu.
- A new order form opens with a copy of the order.
- Enter a Name and adjust the stops, times and goods.
- Click Save or Save as request. Nothing is created until you save.
The copy keeps the customer, shipments, goods, actions, cost elements and quote lines. It leaves out the name, reference description, documents, identifiers, administration, invoices and the expected revenue and costs.
For orders you enter again and again, use order templates. See Use order templates.
Cancel an order
You can cancel an order while it is not yet planned, that is while it is Requested or Accepted.
- Open the order.
- Open the options menu (⋮) at the top right.
- Click Cancel.
All shipments are canceled, the order gets the status Canceled and the cancellation is logged in the Activity tab. From the list you can also right-click a row and choose Cancel (you confirm first), or select several orders and click Cancel selected.
Once shipments are planned on a trip, the cancel option no longer appears. Remove the shipments from the trip first. See Cancel or split a trip. A Turned down order cannot be canceled either; use Remove if you want it out of your lists.
Remove an order
Remove is available for orders that are Requested, Accepted or Turned down.
- Open the order.
- Open the options menu (⋮).
- Click Remove.
Removing an order cancels it and all its shipments, whatever their status, and hides it from all lists and searches. Use Cancel when you want to keep the order visible for reference.
See earlier versions
Every save creates a new version. Click the history icon (tooltip Version history) on the order to see the Versions: who changed what, and when. The Activity tab shows a timeline of status changes and other events.
