Check pallet balances

See how many pallets each customer or partner owes you, or you owe them, per pallet type.

Updated October 4, 2026

Who can do this: Permission to view pallet movements, set in your role.

When you exchange pallets with customers and partners, you need to know who owes whom. The Pallet balances page adds up all pallet movements per counterparty and pallet type.

Where the movements come from

  • Pallet exchange stops (the Emballage action) on your trips. When such a stop is carried out, the pallets taken and returned are recorded automatically.
  • Movements recorded by hand or imported through an integration.

ColumnMeaning
CounterpartyThe company you exchange pallets with.
Pallet typeFor example EUR or block pallets.
BalanceA positive number means they owe you pallets. A negative number means you owe them.

Settle a balance

  1. Open the page and find the counterparty.
  2. Check the balance per pallet type.
  3. Plan an Emballage stop on a trip to collect or return the pallets. See Trip actions and stops.
  4. Once the driver completes the stop, the balance updates.

A stop only counts once it has actually been carried out. Planned pallet exchanges do not change the balance yet.
