Answer action questionnaires
Fill in the questions your company asks when you complete a task, such as checks, photos, signatures and dates.

Who can do this: Depending on your platform's settings: questionnaires are set up per task type by an administrator.
Your company can attach a questionnaire to a type of task, for example unloading. When you complete such a task, OpenMove shows the questions instead of the standard result screen. Your answers can set the result of the task and are visible to the planner.
Complete a task with a questionnaire
- Tap Complete on the task (see Execute a stop).
- Check the sheet that opens. It is titled Action Completion with the task type underneath, for example Unload details.
- Answer each question. Questions marked with an asterisk (*) are required.
- Watch for new questions: some only appear after you give a certain answer.
- Tap Complete at the bottom.
- If a required answer is missing, OpenMove shows Please fill out the required field with the question name. Answer it and tap Complete again.
Tap Cancel to close the questionnaire without completing the task.
Types of questions
| Question | How to answer |

| Text or number | Type your answer in the field. |
| Choice | Pick an option from the list (Select an option). Some questions let you tick several options. |
| Yes / no | Use the switch. The label next to it shows your answer, such as Yes or No. |
| Date or date and time | Tap Select Date and pick a date (and time). |
| Photo | Tap Take photo or Gallery. See Collect proof of delivery. |
| Signature | Let the receiver sign on the screen and tap Confirm. |
| Message | An instruction from your company, such as "Take pictures of the load". It needs no answer. |
What happens with your answers
- Your company decides how answers affect the task. For example, answering that a delivery was refused can mark the task as failed with a reason.
- Photos and signatures are stored with the task as proof.
- If you lose your connection, OpenMove keeps your answers and sends them when you are back online. See Use OpenMove without a connection.
If you see No questionnaire available for this action., your company has not set one up for this task type. Close the sheet and complete the task again.
