Configure your environment

Use the Environment tab to set your platform’s name, colors and logos, email integration, allowed email domains and every platform-wide setting.

Updated October 5, 2026

Who can do this: Role level 1000 or higher (internal users only).

Your platform is your company's own environment in Transportial. Its settings apply to every user: how it looks, which functions it uses and how planning, routing, finance and integrations behave. You find them in the Environment tab of Settings.

Open the platform settings

  1. Open the side menu (☰, top right) and choose Settings.
  2. Click the Environment tab.
  3. Change the platform Name at the top if needed.
  4. Click a section name to open it, for example Theme or Planning.
  5. Change the settings you need. You can open and change several sections at once.
  6. Click Save at the bottom of the page.

Changes only take effect after you click Save, and then apply to everyone on the platform. If you leave the page without saving, your changes are lost.

Brand your platform

  • Theme: choose the Primary color and Secondary color of buttons, links and highlights.
  • Light theme logo's and Dark themed logos: upload the images used in light and dark mode: Choose a logo (header), Choose favicon (browser tab), Choose notification logo, Choose full logo and Choose background photo (login page).

General

  • The email integration: choose the SMTP or Exchange integration Transportial uses to send email in your name. Set it up first under Integrations; see Set up a preset integration.
  • Functions: the platform features that are switched on for your platform. Some menu items, such as Workflows or the App Store, only appear when their feature is on.
  • Allowed sender email domains: type a domain (for example customer.com) and press Enter. When you list domains, orders, quotes and invoices emailed to your platform are only accepted from senders in these domains. Leave it empty to accept every sender.
