Transportial is built from the ground up as a multi-tenant SaaS. Every customer gets a fully isolated instance with separate data, users, and configuration. And for solution providers who want to resell or embed TMS capabilities under their own brand, the white-label layer makes it seamless.

  • Full multi-tenant SaaS: Each customer or tenant gets their own isolated instance with separate databases, user pools, and configuration. One tenant's data is never visible to another.
  • Complete white-label branding: Upload custom logos, set brand colours, configure email sender names, and map a custom domain. To end users, it looks like your own platform.
  • SAML 2.0 SSO: Enterprise customers can integrate their own identity provider (Azure AD, Okta, Google Workspace) for single sign-on.
  • Platform-level feature flags: Control which features are available to which tenants from a central platform admin. Roll out new features gradually or limit access by subscription tier.
  • Stripe-based platform billing: Configure subscription plans and usage-based billing for your tenants directly within Transportial.
  • Custom domain per tenant: Each tenant can be accessed at their own subdomain or a fully custom domain, with automatic SSL certificate management.
Technical details

Multi-tenancy is enforced at the database level using tenant-scoped queries on every request. Domain routing and SSL are managed through Kubernetes ingress with cert-manager.
