Transportial is built from the ground up as a multi-tenant SaaS. Every customer gets a fully isolated instance with separate data, users, and configuration. And for solution providers who want to resell or embed TMS capabilities under their own brand, the white-label layer makes it seamless.

Key highlights

  • Full multi-tenant SaaS: Each customer or tenant gets their own isolated instance with separate databases, user pools, and configuration. One tenant's data is never visible to another.
  • Complete white-label branding: Upload custom logos, set brand colours, configure email sender names, and map a custom domain. To end users, it looks like your own platform.
  • SAML 2.0 SSO: Enterprise customers can integrate their own identity provider (Azure AD, Okta, Google Workspace) for single sign-on.
  • Platform-level feature flags: Control which features are available to which tenants from a central platform admin. Roll out new features gradually or limit access by subscription tier.
  • Stripe-based platform billing: Configure subscription plans and usage-based billing for your tenants directly within Transportial.
  • Custom domain per tenant: Each tenant can be accessed at their own subdomain or a fully custom domain, with automatic SSL certificate management.

How it works

  1. Start from an isolated tenant

Every customer on Transportial runs in a fully isolated tenant: separate data, users and configuration. Isolation is enforced on every request at the database level, not by convention.

  2. Apply your branding

Upload logos, set brand colours and configure email sender names. The application, the customer portal and generated documents all follow the same branding.

  3. Map your domain

Serve each tenant at their own subdomain or a fully custom domain, with SSL certificates managed automatically.

  4. Control features per tenant

Platform-level feature flags decide which capabilities each tenant sees, so you can stage rollouts or tie features to subscription tiers.

  5. Bill through the platform

Define subscription plans and usage-based billing for your tenants with Stripe-backed platform billing. Usage events trigger billing automatically.

Multi-tenancy as a foundation, not a feature

Transportial was built as a multi-tenant SaaS from the first line, and that shows in how isolation works: every query is tenant-scoped at the database level on every request. One tenant's orders, customers, prices and users are structurally invisible to another, rather than hidden by application logic that has to be right everywhere. For a logistics business this matters most where data is commercially sensitive: rates, margins and customer lists sit next to competitors' data on the same platform without ever crossing.

The same architecture is what makes reselling possible. A tenant is cheap to create and fully self-contained, so onboarding a new customer under your own brand is configuration, not a deployment project.

Run a TMS under your own flag

For solution providers, cooperations and larger carriers, the white-label layer turns Transportial into your product: your logo, your colours, your domain, your email sender. End users log in at your address and see your brand throughout, including the customer portal their shippers use and the documents your system generates. The underlying platform, and its maintenance burden, stays ours.

Platform billing closes the commercial loop. You define the plans and usage pricing your tenants pay, Stripe handles collection, and billing events are generated by actual platform usage rather than a spreadsheet someone maintains. Combined with per-tenant feature flags, you can shape real product tiers: a starter tier without integrations, a premium tier with the full automation engine.

Enterprise identity without the friction

Larger customers rarely want another password. Each tenant can connect its own identity provider over SAML 2.0, Azure AD, Okta, Google Workspace or any compatible IdP, so users sign in with their corporate identity and are provisioned automatically. Access ends when the IT department disables the account centrally, which is exactly how enterprise security teams want it to work.

Identity, branding and domain together make the deployment feel native to each organisation: staff sign in through their own SSO, at their company's domain, into an environment carrying their brand, while you operate one platform underneath all of it.

Technical details

Multi-tenancy is enforced at the database level using tenant-scoped queries on every request. Domain routing and SSL are managed through Kubernetes ingress with cert-manager.

Frequently asked questions

How is my data isolated from other companies on the platform?

Every tenant has its own isolated data scope, enforced at the database level on every request. Data is never shared or visible across tenants, and platform administration runs as a separate privileged context.

Can I resell Transportial under my own brand?

Yes. The white-label layer covers logos, colours, email sender names and custom domains, and platform billing lets you define the subscription plans and usage pricing your own customers pay, collected through Stripe.

Can each of my customers have their own domain?

Yes. Tenants can run on their own subdomain or a fully custom domain, and SSL certificates are provisioned and renewed automatically.

Does Transportial support single sign-on?

Yes. Any SAML 2.0 identity provider can be connected per tenant, including Azure AD, Okta and Google Workspace. Users authenticate through their corporate IdP and are provisioned automatically.

Can I limit which features a tenant can use?

Yes. Platform-level feature flags control which capabilities are enabled per tenant, which is how staged rollouts and subscription tiers are implemented.
