Last change 31 August 2025
New features
FleetAccess telematics integration
Import vehicles, drivers, driver status, positions, activities and tire data from FleetAccess.
Send mail through your own server or Microsoft 365
Outgoing mail can use the platform default or your own mail server, including Microsoft 365 with modern (OAuth 2.0) sign-in.
Routes split around bookings
When a trip contains a booking, such as a ferry, the route is calculated in separate parts before and after it.
Improvements
Long route calculations no longer time out
Long PTV calculations now run as background tasks, so large trips and optimizations finish instead of timing out.
Load meters calculated from length and width
Load meters, length and width convert into each other for goods, vehicles and equipment, and decimal values are accepted.
Better reports and goods descriptions
The load and loading-list reports show more information and describe goods more clearly.
Fixes
Correct ETA and ETD for single actions
Arrival and departure times are calculated correctly for stops with a single action, and stop actions are grouped properly.
Fixes for cost entry and tax rates
Fixed entering costs on transport orders and removed an unwanted default tax rate.
Webfleet driver import fixes
Driver names with special characters are imported correctly from Webfleet.
