New features
Electronic consignment notes (eCMR)
Issue an eCMR per consignment and let the sender, carrier and consignee sign it digitally in the web app, in OpenMove or through a secure share link. Every amendment and reservation is recorded in a tamper-evident history and the sealed PDF can be exported; a TransFollow connector is available for those who exchange eCMRs there.
Peppol e-invoicing and UBL invoices
Register an administration on the Peppol network, send invoices as validated UBL e-invoices and receive supplier e-invoices straight into Transportial. Every invoice can also be downloaded as a UBL file.
Two-way dock timeslot booking
Define docks and timeslots per location, let carriers book them through a public link, and book slots at your customers' docks from the trip. Requests, proposals and confirmations flow both ways, and the booked window can be applied to the stop automatically.
Maintenance plans, work orders and a pre-trip check
Plan maintenance by date, kilometers or engine hours, get alerts when it is due, and track the work in work orders that can block the vehicle in planning. Drivers can be asked to complete a start check in OpenMove before a trip starts, with failed checks visible to planners.
Demand forecast on the management dashboard
See expected demand for the coming weeks per modality, customer and lane, in consignments, weight, loading meters, volume or TEU, with an 80% likely range. The forecast is compared with your own assets and capacity contracts to flag periods where you may run short.
Cross-dock hubs and SSCC goods labels
Route consignments via a cross-dock hub with a minimum transfer time, and follow what is inbound, at the hub and departed, including connections that are too tight. Goods can be labeled with SSCC barcodes based on your GS1 company prefix.
A fuller email client with labels, rules and signatures
Connect Google or Microsoft mailboxes by signing in, write drafts, use rich signatures and share mailboxes with colleagues. Labels, priority rules and saved views help you sort mail, and an email can be turned into a transport order.
Connect AI assistants and a reworked App Store
Connect AI assistants to your Transportial data with a secure sign-in and consent screen. The App Store and developer portal were rebuilt: developers get their own sandbox, signed webhooks and app screens that appear inside Transportial.
Activity timeline with field-level changes
Transport orders, consignments, trips, quotes and invoices show who changed which field and when, including changes made by integrations, the API or the system. This makes it easy to trace why a time window, vehicle or price changed.
Improvements
Quote options, revisions and a recorded acceptance
Customers can accept or decline individual quote options, and quotes can be revised. Each acceptance is stored with the accepted terms and content so you have clear evidence of what was agreed, and you can make customer acceptance a requirement.
Incoming invoices: approvals, quote matching and credit notes
Incoming invoices are matched to the supplier's quote, duplicates are caught, and each approver sees what is waiting for them before an invoice can be booked as payable. Credit notes can now correct an existing invoice, and carriers can deliver invoices directly to a dedicated Transportial invoice address.
Edit trips directly from the planner
Right-click a trip on the planner to add stops, consignments or bookings, change or remove the vehicle and remove stops. Hovering a trip now shows a preview card with an optional route map, and stops at bookings respect a latest arrival time.
Redesigned trip list and bookings in OpenMove
The OpenMove trip list is grouped by date with filter chips for active, upcoming, past and cancelled trips, and loads faster. Drivers see booking stops, can scan goods, and location updates keep syncing in the background.
Faster setup and your own portal address
The setup wizard was rebuilt around your company profile, applying settings and message automations in one go. New companies choose their own portal address at sign-up, can resend their verification e-mail, and the customer portal now works well on phones.
