Settings groups, configurable trip fields and a new PDF engine
Give groups of users the same set-up with settings groups, choose which details trips and consignments show, record richer goods data, and get faster, localized invoice, quote and order PDFs.

New features
Settings groups
Define default user settings once in a settings group and apply them to every user in the group. Each group keeps a version number and shows when it was last applied, so everyone works with the same set-up.
Trip remarks and new Drivers and Equipment tabs
Trips have a remark field for instructions or notes. New tabs on the trip list the drivers and transport equipment involved.
OpenMove: chat and multiple languages
OpenMove gained chat screens for conversations with planners and colleagues. The app is now available in multiple languages and handles expired sessions gracefully.
Improvements
Choose which details trips and consignments show
Trip and consignment rows now offer many more fields to pick from. Options include first, next and last stop with their references and time windows, driver names, loads, and booking and bill of lading numbers, and fields you don't need can be hidden.
Richer goods details: general cargo and load carriers
Goods are now split into general cargo and load carriers, each with their own fields. These include HS code, packaging material, ADR, product type, VIN, seal, gross weight and quantity.
Faster, localized PDFs for invoices, quotes and orders
Invoice, quote and transport order PDFs are now produced by a dedicated PDF service. They are generated faster and in the right language and date format.
Marker clustering on the map
Nearby markers on the planning map are now grouped into clusters, keeping the map fast and readable with many vehicles and stops.
Search that forgives typos
Search now uses fuzzy and wildcard matching, so small typos or partial terms still find the right orders, trips and relations. Recent searches are remembered better too.
Stay signed in with automatic session refresh
Sessions are now refreshed automatically in the background, so you're no longer logged out unexpectedly during the day.
Platform-specific roles
Roles can now be limited to a specific platform. Organizations running multiple platforms can give users different rights on each.
Card or list layout for the sidebar
A new personal setting lets you choose whether sidebar search results, such as consignments, are shown as cards or as a compact list.
Fixes
Fixes for cabotage statistics, chat and live updates
Fixed cabotage statistics and the chat page, and made live updates more stable. Larger files can now be uploaded.
