App Store, report query builder and invoice approvals
A new App Store, a query builder for your own reports, invoice approval flows, bulk actions on invoices and quotes, public trip tracking with visibility settings, and much faster trip loading.

App Store to browse and install apps
Browse apps by category, read their permissions and version history, install or uninstall them and manage their settings from one place.
Build your own reports with the query builder
A new Reporting tab on the dashboard lets you write and run queries on your own data, page through results and save queries for later.
Invoice approvals and team managers
Incoming invoices can require approval: approvers get a notification and a Pending approvals list to approve or reject. Teams can now have managers, and incoming invoices are never marked as paid automatically.
Bulk actions for invoices and quotes
Select multiple invoices to send, mark as paid, send reminders, approve, cancel or delete them, and turn several quotes into invoices at once.
Public trip tracking with visibility settings
Shared transport order links can show live trip tracking, and you choose whether the vehicle, driver, documents and customer details are visible to the recipient.
Improvements
Document templates rendered as PDF everywhere
Templates gained link and conditional elements, borders per side and italic text, and are rendered to PDF by a dedicated service. Message automations can attach documents generated from templates or insight reports.
Trips load and update much faster
Opening, saving and live-updating trips is significantly faster thanks to optimized data loading, caching and batched live updates, and trip edits are debounced in the interface.
Smarter planning: action sorting, utilization and filters
Optionally sort a trip's actions by distance when you drop a consignment on it, see a trip's utilization, filter resources by availability, configure the optimizer algorithm and reverse a trip's route. Vehicles and equipment now record loading dimensions.
Expected and actual costs and revenue per trip
Expected cost and revenue are stored for orders, trips and consignments, combined trips show their joint financials, and the ledger can be viewed relative to the selected entity.
Exact Online sync for invoices, quotes and documents
Invoices and quotes are re-synced to Exact Online when they change, including their PDF documents and the right journal codes, with duplicate detection.
Trip completion by the planner and transport order terms
Platforms can require a planner to complete trips before invoices and integrations are triggered. Terms and conditions per administration are printed on transport order, quote and invoice PDFs, and the trip CMR can be opened from the trip.
Trip confirmation for admins in OpenMove
Admin users can confirm trips directly from the trip details in OpenMove, and trips are sorted more logically by status.
Fixes
No more duplicate invoices and corrected order statuses
Fixed invoices being created twice, ledger entries clashing between modules, and transport order status and average duration calculations.
