New features
New customer portal
Your customers get a redesigned portal with an overview, their orders, quotes, invoices, public documents, live tracking and a form to request new orders. You decide per platform what the portal shows.
Guided setup wizard and access requests
New platforms are walked through company profile, fleet, administration, consignment and equipment types, data import and automations. People can also request access to an existing platform; admins approve or decline and the requester is notified by e-mail.
Bulk trip planner and order splitting into legs
Select many consignments, define legs with a destination and transport mode (for example pre-haul, ferry, last mile), split them into trips and assign vehicles, capacity contracts or bookings per leg in one go. A single transport order can also be split into legs with its own stops, carrier quote and pricing.
Customers can pay invoices online
Shared invoices now have a Pay now button so customers can pay through a connected payment provider, with the payment confirmed back on the invoice.
Marketplace connects to external freight exchanges
Publish loads to and fetch offers from Timocom, Trans.eu, Teleroute, DAT, Freightos and Sennder, and receive tenders from partners through an inbound API. New filters and sorting on bids and target prices, plus accept-and-plan in one step.
Ferry bookings, container tracking and container reuse
Send, update and cancel ferry bookings with DFDS, Stena Line, P&O Ferries and CLdN, with confirmations flowing back automatically. Track container shipments through SeaRates and manage container reuse requests through Avantida.
Activity log and version history
Transport orders, trips, invoices and quotes get an Activity tab showing who did what and when, and you can browse an entity's earlier versions to see exactly what changed.
Test your integrations with saved test cases
Store example input and expected output for an integration and run one or all tests to see pass or fail before changes go live. Failed webhook deliveries can now be retried.
OpenMove keeps working without a connection
Trips, the dashboard, chat, notifications and questionnaires are cached on the device and synchronize when the connection returns. The app also got a dark theme and refreshed icons.
Improvements
New optimizer engine and more routing engines
Choose a new optimizer engine for automatic trip creation and calculate routes with OSRM, HERE or Google Maps besides PTV. The consignment optimizer also learned to relocate, swap, merge and split trips for better results.
Fillable document templates, new CMR and template PDFs
Document templates support input fields, SVG images and richer styling, can be sent automatically by message automations and capacity contracts, and trips can be downloaded with your own template. The CMR and transport order PDFs were improved, with optional quote lines on the order PDF.
Ledger by category and expected-versus-actual variance
The ledger groups revenue and cost by business, by pricing category or combined, and shows how actual figures compare to what was expected. Incoming invoices can be checked against an incoming quote or pricing element, and price matrices can be pasted straight from Excel.
Complete all actions at once and record start and end km
Planners can complete all remaining actions of a trip in one step with a start and end time, and register the trip's start and end odometer readings. Trips with loading plans show a Stacking tab.
Better filters, dashboard widgets and chat filters
New filters for trips, vehicles, consignments, capacity contracts and teams, a search builder for advanced queries, extra embeddable widgets, the option to hide dashboard elements, and chat filters for direct, group, vehicle and consignment chats.
