Share a transport order and its tracking
Send a link that lets anyone follow an order without logging in, and choose what the link shows: trip tracking, vehicle, driver and documents.
Updated 5 October 2026
Every transport order has a share link. Anyone with the link can see the order, without an account. Use it to keep customers or consignees informed about their shipment.
Copy the share link
- Open the transport order.
- Click the link icon (tooltip Share) at the top right. The Sharing window opens.
- Click Copy link next to Share link. You see Text copied!.
- Paste the link in an email or message to your customer.
Add the Share URL column to the transport orders list to see the links of many orders at once.
Choose what the link shows
Under Visibility settings in the Sharing window, switch each item on or off. Changes are saved straight away and apply to the existing link.
| Setting | What the viewer sees |
|---|---|
| Show trip tracking | A Trip tracking section with a live map of the trips that carry the order, the Route, Current stop, Modality, Start date and End date. |
| Show vehicle | The vehicle on the map and its name or registration number. |
| Show driver | The names of the drivers on the trip. |
| Show documents | The documents of the order. |
| Show customer details | The customer information on the order. |
Show trip tracking is on by default, so the shared page shows the tracking section unless you switch it off. Until the order is on a trip, the section shows No trips found for this order.
What the viewer can and cannot do
- The shared page shows the order details, consignments, stops and goods, and the Documents tab when documents are shared.
- The viewer cannot edit, cancel or download anything that is only for logged-in users, such as the PDF and CMR actions.
- The link stops working when sharing is switched off for the order or when the share link has expired.
Anyone who has the link can open it. Switch off Show driver and Show vehicle when that information should not leave your company.
