Compliance overview with posting and customs declarations
A new compliance overview shows pending posting declarations, open customs declarations, flagged fuel transactions and open compliance alerts in one place. Cabotage checks and early warnings for expiring certificates help you stay ahead of inspections.
Pallet balances per counterparty
Record pallet movements and see the net pallet balance per counterparty and pallet type, so you know at a glance who owes pallets to whom.
Fuel and energy transactions with automatic flagging
Fuel and charging transactions are listed per vehicle with fuel type, quantity, amount and provider. Transactions where the fueled quantity exceeds the vehicle's tank capacity are flagged for review.
Damage register for vehicles and equipment
Create, update and review damages and link them to a vehicle, transport equipment, consignment or business. Damages now also appear on the vehicle and equipment detail pages.
Fill in vehicle details from the national registry
Enter a license plate and fetch the vehicle's details from a connected national vehicle registry, so you no longer have to type them in by hand.
AI assistant that answers questions about your data
Ask a question in plain language about your trips, orders, invoices or vehicles and the assistant queries your data and answers with a summary and the underlying rows.
Address validation with Google Maps
When enabled, addresses are checked against Google Maps while you enter a location, and you see right away whether the address was found, partially matched or not found.
Bulk edit transport orders
Select many transport orders and change their status, customer, executing business, team or administration in one go, or shift their action time windows by an offset. A summary shows how many orders were updated.

Rebuilt setup wizard for every transport mode
The setup wizard now offers presets for road, sea, rail, air and inland waterway, adds a vehicle-registry step, and imports your existing data from CSV or Excel with AI-suggested column mapping. It is available in multiple languages.
Redesigned transport order PDF and all documents in one place
The transport order PDF has a new layout that also lists transport equipment. Orders, consignments and trips now show all related documents together.
Plan boards and date fields respect your time zone settings
The vehicle, driver and equipment plan boards, date inputs and lists now consistently follow your time zone settings, so planned times line up wherever your team works.
Refreshed icons, tooltips and error pages
A refreshed icon set, tooltips on action buttons, and clearer pages for empty lists and errors make the interface easier to find your way around.
Fixes
More accurate time-based price calculations
Time-based price modules now use the trip's estimated end date, and vehicle, equipment and driver price modules are applied correctly, so trip prices match your price configuration.
Emails stay in the right conversation
Incoming emails from connected inboxes are matched to the correct thread more reliably, and linked emails show up again on the records they belong to.
