Planning recommendations for every consignment
A consignment now shows ranked vehicles, drivers, transport equipment, capacity contracts and existing trips that fit it, scored on location, schedule, driving time, ADR, capacity and more. Combine a vehicle, driver and equipment and apply them in one click.
Replanning suggestions for planning exceptions
When an action fails or a trip's timing drifts, Transportial suggests alternatives: a minimal change, a move to another trip, or a full replan. Evaluate the cost and delay impact, then accept or dismiss each suggestion.
Bulk availability planner and blocking events
Create recurring calendar events, driver timeslots or to-dos for many drivers and pieces of equipment at once. Select them with filters such as language, ADR or license, and preview the matches before you save. Events can now block availability, and driver activities can repeat.
Manage chats: members, permissions and visibility
A new manage-chat page lets you add or remove members, set their permission (read, chat or admin), make a chat public or private, view linked integrations, and delete a chat.
Emails linked to orders automatically, and chat replies by email
Emails from connected inboxes are matched to the right records and their attachments classified automatically. You can also send a chat reply as an email reply, and the mail view shows full sender and Reply-To details.
Mapon telematics integration
Connect Mapon to import vehicles and positions, send planning to the vehicle, receive progress updates and exchange text messages with drivers.
OpenMove in your own language, with chat translation
OpenMove is now fully translated, including Dutch, and has a language selector on the login screen and in the profile that saves your choice to your account. Chat messages can be shown translated into your language.
Improvements
Plan board shows trips, activities and events together
Vehicle, driver and equipment lanes now show trips, activities, calendar events and to-dos side by side. Trip cards show their load, and dragging on the vehicle table works reliably.
CO2 emissions calculated per leg and per trip
Well-to-wheel and tank-to-wheel CO2 emissions are now recalculated for each leg and for the whole trip, based on the distance driven and the vehicle's fuel type and emission standard.
More complete CMR printing
CMRs are now generated by the PDF service, include realized durations, and fill their fields more completely and consistently.
More accurate AI order import from files and emails
AI extraction of transport orders, quotes and invoices from documents and emails is more accurate, while running on more cost-efficient models.
Filters and pages you can bookmark and share
List filters and pagination are now stored in the page address, so the back button, bookmarks and shared links open exactly the view you were looking at.
Transportial now available in French and Romanian
French and Romanian were added as interface languages.
More reliable OpenMove sessions
Logging out now clears all cached trips, chats and questionnaires from the device, accounts without a driver profile get a clear message instead of an error, and an issue where trip details kept loading was fixed.
