ETA

ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) is the predicted time at which a vehicle or shipment will reach a given stop or destination.

Estimated Time of Arrival

Accurate ETAs are central to good service: they let customers plan, reduce "where is my order" calls, and help planners react to delays. Modern ETA prediction blends the planned route, live GPS position, traffic, and remaining driving hours.

A TMS recalculates ETAs continuously as conditions change and can trigger automated alerts to customers when an arrival window shifts.
