Accept the terms and conditions for your company

Accept the Transportial terms and conditions on behalf of your company when you activate a platform or when the terms change, and check who accepted them.

Updated 4 October 2026

Who can do this: Only users with the role level your platform sets for this (1000 by default) are asked to accept.

The Transportial terms and conditions bind your company, not each employee separately. That is why one administrator accepts them on behalf of the company. Other users are never interrupted.

When you are asked to accept

  • When you activate a new platform. You see Welcome to your platform with the Terms & Conditions step.
  • When the terms have changed since your company last accepted them. You see Our terms have been updated.

Until the terms are accepted, users with a high enough role level are taken to this page when they open Transportial.

Accept the terms

  1. Click Read the terms & conditions and read them.
  2. Tick I have read and accept the terms & conditions on behalf of … (your company's name).
  3. Click Accept & continue.
  4. On a new platform, add a payment method if asked (see below), or click Skip for now when that is allowed.
  5. Click Go to dashboard.

If you see We could not register your acceptance, try again. If you do not want to accept now, you can still Log out.

Add a payment method

On a new platform, the next step is Add a payment method. Depending on your platform, the platform becomes active once your card is confirmed, or it is already active and adding a card is optional. You can always add it later. See Manage billing and your subscription.

See who accepted

  1. Open the side menu (☰, top right) and choose Settings.
  2. Click the Environment tab.
  3. Open the Legal section.
  4. Read the Terms & conditions acceptance: the version accepted, the date and the person, or Not yet accepted.

Which version applies, where the terms are published and which role level may accept them are managed by Transportial. Contact Transportial if your company needs a different arrangement.
