How it works
Data is entered once
Shipper, consignee, goods, weights, references and instructions already live on the transport order. Document generation reuses that data instead of asking anyone to re-type it.

Frequently asked questions
Is the generated CMR legally compliant?
The CMR is generated on a standard consignment note layout with all required fields populated from the order: parties, goods, weights, and references. You review and print or share it like any CMR; the data quality comes from the order itself.
Can I use my existing Word templates?
Yes. Upload a Word document with placeholder fields and Transportial merges live order data into it and converts the output to PDF automatically. Existing house styles keep working without being rebuilt.
Can documents be sent automatically?
Yes. Message automations can generate and attach documents when events occur, for example sending a branded order confirmation when a booking is accepted, or the invoice PDF when an invoice is issued.
Where are proof of delivery photos and signatures stored?
PODs captured in the OpenMove driver app are attached to the transport order immediately, alongside generated documents and any files you upload. Everything relevant to an order sits on that order.
