New features
Operational and financial management dashboards
New management dashboards show trips, orders, average cost per trip and financial results over any date range. You can click from a chart straight into the planner, so you can act on what you see.
Share quotes online and turn them into invoices
Quotes can be shared through a public link so customers can review them online, and you can send reminders. An accepted quote becomes an invoice in one step, so you never retype prices.
Automatic revenue and cost distribution with ledger entries
Revenue and cost are now calculated automatically and spread over orders, trips, consignments and vehicles. Methods include per kilometer, per kilogram, percentage and quote-based. Invoices also post ledger entries, which gives you a true margin per trip.
Single sign-on with SAML
Administrators can set up SAML single sign-on with their identity provider and download the service provider metadata. Users then log in with their company account.
Message automations in multiple languages
Workflows became message automations. They send messages automatically on events or schedules, in each recipient's language. Automations can start from templates, be duplicated, and include formatted tables of order data.
App Store for apps and publishers
A new App Store lets publishers list apps with versions, and lets platforms browse and install them, so you can extend Transportial without custom work.
Driver certificates, bans, service cards and complaints
Record driver licenses and certificates, bans, service cards and complaints, and filter them by driver or business. All driver compliance information now lives in one place.
Tire management
Keep track of the tires on your vehicles, including brand and tire class, as part of fleet maintenance.
AI reads transport orders, quotes and invoices from files
Upload a document or forward an e-mail, including .eml files, and Transportial extracts the transport order, quote or invoice for you. This saves manual data entry.
Supplier registration and forwarded transport orders
Suppliers can register through an invitation link and see the transport orders you forward to them. Quotes they send come back in as incoming quotes.
Improvements
Table-based plan board and Watchtower table view
The vehicle plan board gained a table layout with columns you can sort, drag and hide, plus side planning. Watchtower also got a table view for scanning many consignments quickly.
To-do boards with comments, mentions and statistics
To-dos get comments and @mentions that alert colleagues, overdue tracking, and board and lane statistics. You can also add to-dos directly to orders and consignments.
Bulk trip actions, trip splitting and multiple CMRs per trip
You can confirm, update or cancel several trips at once and split a trip. Trips show an estimated duration and end time, and you can print several CMRs for one trip.
Regional formats, custom translations and hidden fields
Each platform can set its locale, time zone and date format, override interface translations, and hide fields its users don't need.
