Logistics runs on email. Transportial brings that email into the platform so you can manage it in context, linking threads to specific orders, customers, and businesses, without constantly switching between your email client and your TMS.

- Connect any email account: Connect via standard SMTP/IMAP for any provider, or via Microsoft 365 OAuth2 for seamless integration with Exchange and Outlook.
- Unified inbox: Manage all incoming and outgoing logistics email in a single inbox inside Transportial. Filter and search by customer, transport order, or keyword.
- Link emails to operations: Assign any email thread to a specific transport order, customer, or business. Context is preserved; whoever picks up the conversation sees the full history.
- Integrated with automations: Outgoing emails sent by the Message Automation engine appear alongside manually written emails in the same thread.
- Multiple accounts: Connect multiple email addresses, e.g. operations@company.com and invoices@company.com, and route them to different teams within the platform.
Technical details
IMAP connections are managed by the Worker node with configurable polling intervals. Microsoft 365 connections use the Microsoft Graph API with OAuth2 token refresh. All email content is stored encrypted at rest.
